摘? 要：本研究依據(jù)《體育產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)》關(guān)于體育產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的基本形態(tài)劃分，通過調(diào)查、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計、分析、文獻(xiàn)資料等研究方法，分析重慶市體育產(chǎn)業(yè)投資結(jié)構(gòu)和就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)基本結(jié)構(gòu)形態(tài)現(xiàn)狀，為重慶市體育產(chǎn)業(yè)在投資與就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的合理布局和優(yōu)化，擴(kuò)大體育產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)模提供一定參考。其研究結(jié)果表明：重慶市近3年從事體育產(chǎn)業(yè)就業(yè)增速逐漸降低;從業(yè)人數(shù)最多的是體育用品及相關(guān)產(chǎn)品銷售、貿(mào)易代理出租業(yè);重慶市體育產(chǎn)業(yè)的社會投資保持持續(xù)增長勢頭。

Abstract： Based on the basic structure division of sports industry structure in sports industry economics， this study analyzes the present situation of the investment structure and employment structure of sports industry in Chongqing through investigation， mathematical statistics， analysis， literature and other research methods. It provides some reference for the rational distribution and optimization of the investment and employment structure of the sports industry in Chongqing and the expansion of the scale of the sports industry. Its research results show that： The growth rate of employment in sports industry in Chongqing has gradually decreased in the past three years; The largest number of employees is the sales of sporting goods and related products， and trade agency rental industry; Social investment in sports industry in Chongqing has continued to grow.

進(jìn)入新時代，重慶市體育產(chǎn)業(yè)的整體規(guī)模與社會主義市場經(jīng)濟(jì)相比較，其他產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)模偏小，近幾年重慶市經(jīng)濟(jì)大發(fā)展，人民大眾消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)不斷升級，但重慶市作為直轄市之一，體育產(chǎn)業(yè)仍處于不完全發(fā)育狀態(tài)，體育產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)雖呈現(xiàn)多元化格局，但仍然分布不平衡。研究在將體育產(chǎn)業(yè)普查基礎(chǔ)上，探究重慶市體育產(chǎn)業(yè)的投資結(jié)構(gòu)與就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，為重慶市體育產(chǎn)業(yè)合理布局、結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化、擴(kuò)大體育產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)模等提供一定參考。

1? 研究對象與方法

1.1 研究對象

以重慶市體育產(chǎn)業(yè)投資結(jié)構(gòu)和就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)為研究對象，調(diào)查相關(guān)體育產(chǎn)業(yè)部門機(jī)構(gòu)和負(fù)責(zé)人。

1.2 研究方法

本研究采取文獻(xiàn)資料、調(diào)查、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計、分析等研究方法，通過查閱相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)、資料，調(diào)研相關(guān)部門，收集重慶市體育產(chǎn)業(yè)投資與就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)，對有效的數(shù)量統(tǒng)計和邏輯分析，分析其發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀與內(nèi)在本質(zhì)情況。

2? 研究結(jié)果與分析

2.1 重慶市體育產(chǎn)業(yè)投資結(jié)構(gòu)分析

體育產(chǎn)業(yè)的投資結(jié)構(gòu)的相關(guān)理論解釋，它代表了整個社會對體育行業(yè)的總投資比例，由運(yùn)動行業(yè)的增長投資結(jié)構(gòu)和股票投資結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)成[1]。

據(jù)調(diào)查得知，2009—2015年6年間，重慶市體育產(chǎn)業(yè)在投資額度上累計達(dá)到268.77億元，其年均增速為10.6%。2015年重慶市體育產(chǎn)業(yè)投資總額與2009年對比減少了6.2%（見圖1）;占重慶市體育產(chǎn)業(yè)投資總額33.1%。社會投資占比之前小幅增長。2016年的社會投資增長明顯，比上年增加了35.3%，占重慶市體育產(chǎn)業(yè)投資總額的38.1%，本年社會投資的數(shù)據(jù)表明呈現(xiàn)出持續(xù)增長的趨勢;政府投資83.70億元，比2015年政府投資增加了8.8%，占重慶市體育產(chǎn)業(yè)投資總額的61.9%。2017年社會投資保持前2年的增長勢頭并持續(xù)增長（見圖2），投資總額比2016年增加了37.7%，占重慶市體育產(chǎn)業(yè)投資總額的44.1%。社會投資也呈現(xiàn)出持續(xù)增長的趨勢，比上年增長7.5%，占總額的55.9%，由此可見政府越來越重視體育產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展。

2.2 重慶市體育產(chǎn)業(yè)就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)分析

2.2.1 外部就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)方面

重慶市體育產(chǎn)業(yè)平穩(wěn)發(fā)展，整體規(guī)模也呈較快的速度在擴(kuò)大。逐漸發(fā)展的體育產(chǎn)業(yè)不僅對經(jīng)濟(jì)效益產(chǎn)生了良好的引領(lǐng)作用，也對社會效益產(chǎn)生了良好的帶動作用。體育產(chǎn)業(yè)相關(guān)單位數(shù)量的增加意味著吸納更多的就業(yè)人數(shù)，對重慶市就業(yè)有一定的促進(jìn)作用。調(diào)查顯示（見表1、圖3），2015年重慶市體育產(chǎn)業(yè)從業(yè)人數(shù)達(dá)到16.42萬人，同比增長11.9%，體育產(chǎn)業(yè)從業(yè)人數(shù)占本市總從業(yè)人數(shù)比重的0.48%。2016、2017年邁上了新的就業(yè)人數(shù)層次，較去年同比增加0.9%，但近3年從事體育產(chǎn)業(yè)就業(yè)增速逐漸降低，由11.9%下降至0.9%。
