12 月10 日下午，2019 年國(guó)際中文教育大會(huì)期間，8 個(gè)新設(shè)孔子學(xué)院、孔子課堂、漢語(yǔ)中心合作協(xié)議簽署儀式在長(zhǎng)沙舉行。教育部副部長(zhǎng)田學(xué)軍出席儀式并見證協(xié)議簽署。中外方院校代表參加了儀式。

田學(xué)軍副部長(zhǎng)先后見證了白俄羅斯國(guó)立體育大學(xué)孔子學(xué)院、印度尼西亞烏達(dá)雅納大學(xué)孔子學(xué)院、菲律賓達(dá)沃雅典耀大學(xué)孔子學(xué)院、格魯吉亞第比利斯開放教育大學(xué)孔子學(xué)院、沙特阿拉伯吉達(dá)大學(xué)孔子學(xué)院、智利邊境大學(xué)孔子學(xué)院、馬爾代夫維拉學(xué)院漢語(yǔ)中心、東帝汶商學(xué)院孔子課堂的協(xié)議簽署，并為其授牌。

簽署儀式結(jié)束后，田學(xué)軍副部長(zhǎng)為“中醫(yī)特色孔子學(xué)院中方合作院校工作聯(lián)盟”“遼寧省孔子學(xué)院合作大學(xué)聯(lián)盟”，以及中國(guó)傳媒大學(xué)“孔子學(xué)院傳播研究中心”揭牌，并與參加儀式的嘉賓合影留念。

按照中外雙方相互尊重、友好協(xié)商、平等互利的辦學(xué)模式，在外方主動(dòng)要求和自愿申請(qǐng)基礎(chǔ)上，經(jīng)認(rèn)真評(píng)估和專家評(píng)審，2019 年共新設(shè)27所孔子學(xué)院、66 個(gè)孔子課堂。海地、中非、乍得、朝鮮、多米尼克、東帝汶、馬爾代夫、沙特等8 個(gè)國(guó)家首次設(shè)立孔子學(xué)院。

截至目前，共在全球162 個(gè)國(guó)家和地區(qū)建立了550 所孔子學(xué)院和1172 個(gè)孔子課堂。

On the afternoon of December 10th, the agreement signing ceremony on the establishment of eight Confucius Institutes, Confucius Classrooms and Chinese Language Centers was held in Changsha during the 2019 International Chinese Language Education Conference. Tian Xuejun, Vice Minister of Education, was present at the ceremony and witnessed the signing of agreements. Representatives from home and abroad attended the ceremony.

Vice Minister Tian Xuejun witnessed the signing of agreements on the establishment of the Confucius Institute at Belarusian State University of Physical Culture, the Confucius Institute at Udayana University in Indonesia, the Confucius Institute at Ateneo de Davao University in the Philippines, the Confucius Institute at Tbilisi Open Teaching University in Georgia, the Confucius Institute at University of Jeddah in Saudi Arabia, the Confucius Institute at the University of La Frontera in Chile,the Chinese Language Center at Villa College in Maldives and the Confucius Classroom at East Timor Institute of Business, and awarded plates to them.

After the agreement signing ceremony, Tian Xuejun unveiled the nameplates for the Working Alliance of Chinese Partner Institutions of Confucius Institutes for Traditional Chinese Medicine, the Liaoning Province Confucius Institute Partner University Alliance and the Public Image Research Center for Confucius Institutes in Communication University of China, and took group photos with the guests at the ceremony.

In accordance with the principle of mutual respect, friendly consultation and equality and mutual benefit, 27 Confucius Institutes and 66 Confucius Classrooms have been established in 2019 according to the request and voluntary application of foreign partners after careful evaluation by experts.Eight counties, including Haiti, Central African Republic, Chad, the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK),Dominica, East Timor, Maldives and Saudi Arabia, established Confucius Institutes for the first time.

So far, 550 Confucius Institutes and 1,172 Confucius Classrooms have been established in 162 countries and regions.
