江蘇省知識產(chǎn)權(quán)發(fā)展與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長關(guān)系實(shí)證研究

摘要：隨著知識經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展，知識產(chǎn)權(quán)在國民經(jīng)濟(jì)中的地位日益受到重視。本文在運(yùn)用柯布—道格拉斯生產(chǎn)函數(shù)構(gòu)造知識產(chǎn)權(quán)發(fā)展與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長關(guān)系模型的基礎(chǔ)上，基于1999年-2018年的統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)對江蘇省知識產(chǎn)權(quán)發(fā)展與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展之間的關(guān)系進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究，論證了知識產(chǎn)權(quán)對經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展存在積極作用，以期為推進(jìn)江蘇省推動知識產(chǎn)權(quán)強(qiáng)省工作提供借鑒。

Abstract： With the development of the knowledge economy， the status of intellectual property rights in the national economy is increasingly valued. This paper uses the Cobb-Douglas production function to construct the relationship model between intellectual property development and economic growth， and based on the statistical data from 1999 to 2018， conducts an empirical study on the relationship between intellectual property development and economic development in Jiangsu Province. This article demonstrates the positive role of intellectual property rights in economic development， with a view to providing a reference for Jiangsu Province to promote intellectual property rights.
