7月1日,隨著滿載摩托車及配件的中亞班車從巴南區(qū)南彭公路保稅物流中心(B型)報關(guān)后出發(fā),重慶跨境公路班車開啟中亞線路新征程。
重慶跨境公路班車(中亞班車)以東盟班車運營模式為藍本,從零公里始發(fā)地南彭公路保稅物流中心再次啟程,開行線路為“重慶巴南—新疆霍爾果斯口岸—哈薩克斯坦—烏茲別克斯坦”,全程約5700公里,用時約13天。
中亞班車的開通,是跨境班車?yán)^東線、東復(fù)線、中線、亞歐線、西線、重慶—新加坡線后的第7條線路,刷新了跨境班車最遠的開行距離,實現(xiàn)了中亞陸運通道的貫通,標(biāo)志著重慶跨境公路班車陸路港在南彭公路保稅物流中心形成。
重慶跨境公路班車作為西部陸海新通道的重要載體,經(jīng)過4年多的發(fā)展,已經(jīng)成為重慶對外開放的一支重要力量。截至今年6月底,已累計發(fā)車3156車次,發(fā)運國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)箱7101TEU,總重量約4.12萬噸,總貨值約19.9億元。
中亞班車的開通將進一步提升“重慶跨境公路班車”品牌效應(yīng),充分滿足西南片區(qū)國內(nèi)生產(chǎn)制造企業(yè)和加工貿(mào)易企業(yè)國際物流貨運需求,使跨境班車與南彭公路保稅物流中心、重慶國際分撥(公路)海關(guān)監(jiān)管中心等跨境班車集散中心的功能相結(jié)合,形成重慶對外開放平臺之間的緊密聯(lián)動作用。
6月28日,巴南區(qū)新打造的對外開放平臺東盟集采城開業(yè),為國內(nèi)外商家搭建了一個集展示展銷、跨境運輸、通關(guān)物流等一系列功能于一體的全球商品集中采購平臺,進一步促進開放經(jīng)濟領(lǐng)域交通、物流、商貿(mào)、產(chǎn)業(yè)相融合,拉動外向型經(jīng)濟發(fā)展,助力重慶打造內(nèi)陸國際物流分撥中心,提升“國際供應(yīng)鏈”競爭力。
On July 1, after customs clearance at Nanpeng Road Bonded Logistics Center (Type B) in Banan District, the Chongqing cross-border road regular lorry fully loaded with motorcycles and spare parts set off on a new journey to Central Asia.
Referring to the operation mode of ASEAN regular lorry, Chongqing cross-border road regular lorry (Central Asia lorry) runs 5700 kilometers in 13 days from the zero-kilometer origin of Nanpeng Bonded Logistics Center in Banan, Chongqing to Uzbekistan via Khorgos Port and Kazakhstan.
As the 7th cross-border Line after the Eastern Line, the East Double Line, the Middle Line, the Asia-Europe Line, the West Line and the Chongqing-Singapore Line, the Central Asia regular lorry has chalked up the longest driving distance of cross-border road regular lorry, ?put through the land transport passage to Central Asia and marked the formation of Chongqing cross-border road regular lorry land port at Nanpeng Bonded Logistics Center.
As a major carrier of New Western Land-Sea Corridor, Chongqing cross-border road regular lorry has become a critical force in Chongqing's opening-up after four years' evolution. By the end of June this year, 3,156 lorries had run in total, shipping 7,101 TEUs with a total weight of about 41,200 tons and a total freight value of about 1.99 billion yuan.
The opening of Central Asia regular lorry will further improve the brand effect of ''Chongqing cross-border road regular lorry'', and fully meet the international logistics freight demand of domestic production, manufacturing, processing and trade enterprises in Southwest regions, combine the lorry with cross-boarder lorry distribution centers such as Nanpeng Road Bonded Logistics Center, Chongqing International Distribution (Road) Customs ?Supervision Center, etc. and forge a close linkage among opening-up platforms in Banan.
On June 28, ASEAN Centralized Procurement Town, a newly built ?opening-up platform in Banan District started business. It established a centralized global commodities procurement platform integrating a series of functions such as exhibition, sales, cross-border transport, customs clearance and logistics to further promote the integration of transportation, logistics, trade and industry in the field of economic opening-up, stimulate the development of export-oriented economy, propel Chongqing to build an inland international logistics distribution center, and enhance the competitiveness of its "international supply chain".
