“一帶一路”國(guó)際合作高級(jí)別視頻會(huì)議于6月18日在北京成功舉行。國(guó)家主席習(xí)近平向會(huì)議發(fā)表書面致辭。

習(xí)近平指出，這次突如其來的疫情給各國(guó)人民生命安全和身體健康帶來嚴(yán)重威脅，對(duì)世界經(jīng)濟(jì)造成嚴(yán)重沖擊，一些國(guó)家特別是發(fā)展中國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)面臨嚴(yán)重困難。為應(yīng)對(duì)疫情，各國(guó)立足自身國(guó)情，采取有力防控措施，取得了積極成效。很多國(guó)家在做好疫情防控的同時(shí)，正努力恢復(fù)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展。中國(guó)堅(jiān)持人民至上、生命至上，愿努力為全球盡早戰(zhàn)勝疫情、促進(jìn)世界經(jīng)濟(jì)恢復(fù)作出貢獻(xiàn)。

習(xí)近平指出，疫情給我們帶來一系列深刻啟示。各國(guó)命運(yùn)緊密相連，人類是同舟共濟(jì)的命運(yùn)共同體。無論是應(yīng)對(duì)疫情，還是恢復(fù)經(jīng)濟(jì)，都要走團(tuán)結(jié)合作之路，都應(yīng)堅(jiān)持多邊主義。促進(jìn)互聯(lián)互通、堅(jiān)持開放包容，是應(yīng)對(duì)全球性危機(jī)和實(shí)現(xiàn)長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展的必由之路，共建“一帶一路”國(guó)際合作可以發(fā)揮重要作用。

習(xí)近平強(qiáng)調(diào)，中國(guó)始終堅(jiān)持和平發(fā)展、堅(jiān)持互利共贏。我們?cè)竿献骰锇橐坏?，把“一帶一路”打造成團(tuán)結(jié)應(yīng)對(duì)挑戰(zhàn)的合作之路、維護(hù)人民健康安全的健康之路、促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)恢復(fù)的復(fù)蘇之路、釋放發(fā)展?jié)摿Φ脑鲩L(zhǎng)之路。通過高質(zhì)量共建“一帶一路”，攜手推動(dòng)構(gòu)建人類命運(yùn)共同體。

本次會(huì)議由中國(guó)外交部、發(fā)展改革委、商務(wù)部、衛(wèi)生健康委共同舉辦，主題為“加強(qiáng)‘一帶一路國(guó)際合作、攜手抗擊新冠肺炎疫情”，25個(gè)國(guó)家的外長(zhǎng)或部長(zhǎng)級(jí)官員及世衛(wèi)組織總干事譚德塞、聯(lián)合國(guó)副秘書長(zhǎng)兼聯(lián)合國(guó)開發(fā)計(jì)劃署署長(zhǎng)施泰納與會(huì)，會(huì)議發(fā)表了聯(lián)合聲明。

The High-level Video Conference on Belt and Road International Cooperation was held in Beijing on 18 June. President Xi Jinping sent a written message to the conference.

President Xi pointed out that the sudden attack of COVID-19 has posed a grave threat to the lives and health of people across the globe. It has dealt a heavy blow to the world economy and caused tough economic and social challenges to some countries， developing ones in particular. To contain the virus， countries have taken robust and effective measures specific to their national context. On top of that， many countries are striving to resume economic and social development. In China's case， the people and their lives have always been put front and center. China will do what it can and contribute its share to an early global victory against COVID-19 and to the recovery of the global economy.

President Xi noted that COVID-19 has made many things clear to mankind. For one thing， all nations have their destinies closely connected， and humanity is in fact a community with a shared future. Be it in taming the virus or in achieving economic recovery， humanity cannot succeed without solidarity， cooperation and multilateralism. The right approach to tackling global crises and realizing long-term development is through greater connectivity， openness and inclusiveness. This is where Belt and Road international cooperation can make a big difference.

President Xi underscored that China is committed to peaceful development and mutually beneficial cooperation. China will work with its partners to develop the Belt and Road into a model of cooperation for meeting challenges through unity， a model of health for protecting people's safety and well-being， a model of recovery for restoring economic and social activity， and a model of growth for unlocking development potential. High-quality Belt and Road cooperation among participating countries will contribute to a community with a shared future for mankind.

The conference was co-hosted by China's Ministry of Foreign Affairs， the National Development and Reform Commission， the Ministry of Commerce and the National Health Commission under the theme of "Belt and Road International Cooperation： Combating COVID-19 with Solidarity". It was attended by the foreign ministers or other ministers from 25 countries， WHO Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus and Under-Secretary-General of the United Nations and Administrator of the UN Development Programme Achim Steiner. The Joint Statement of the High-level Video Conference on Belt and Road International Cooperation： Combating COVID-19 with Solidarity was issued after the conference.
