Good habits are important in our life They influence us? in many ways. I think good habits make me healthy. As we all know， good habits and good health are twins. Good habits， such as getting enough sleep， having breakfast， and doing exercise regularly， can make people healthy.

I had such an experience. In the past I often went to bed very late at night. So I felt very tired and sleepy the next day. I couldnt pay attention to what my teachers said， so I couldnt learn well. Later， my mother asked me to go to bed before 10 oclock. Little by little， I have developed the habit of going to bed early. Now I feel much better. I can follow my teachers in class and learn well.

From my experience， I know good habits are very important. Good habits will make me better and better.
