摘 要:針對整體式車門型鋼鉸鏈在總裝難拆卸難安裝的現(xiàn)狀,基于當(dāng)下的零件水平和制造水平,本文研究整體式型鋼鉸鏈改為分體式型鋼鉸鏈的可行性。利用實驗獲得車門能順利落位需要的同軸度要求,運(yùn)用VSA公差分析軟件對門的裝配過程進(jìn)行分析研究,將同軸度要求分解到車身側(cè)鉸鏈和車門側(cè)鉸鏈。要求車身側(cè)鉸鏈和車門側(cè)鉸鏈同軸度都不大于0.35mm。從夾具公差、零件公差等方面給出優(yōu)化方向,確保同軸度可實現(xiàn)。并通過造車驗證實驗方法正確有效。

Feasibility Study of Split Type Steel Hinge for Car Door Based on Actual Manufacturing Level

Abstract:Aiming at the status quo that integral steel door hinges are difficult to disassemble and install in the final assembly, based on the current level of parts and manufacturing, this paper studies the feasibility of changing integral steel hinges to split steel hinges. Experiments are used to obtain the coaxiality requirements required for the door to be seated smoothly, and the VSA tolerance analysis software is used to analyze and study the assembly process of the door, and the coaxiality requirements are decomposed into the body side hinge and the door side hinge. It is required that the coaxiality of the body side hinge and the door side hinge is not greater than 0.35mm. Optimizing directions are given in terms of fixture tolerances and parts tolerances to ensure that the coaxiality can be achieved, and is verified through the correct and effective experimental method by building a car.
