5月14日，應(yīng)市委外辦邀請(qǐng)，外交部政策規(guī)劃司司長(zhǎng)劉勁松在重慶外事大樓作《國(guó)際形勢(shì)與外交工作》專題報(bào)告。劉勁松通過回顧中國(guó)外交外事歷史、解讀中國(guó)重大國(guó)際戰(zhàn)略、分析當(dāng)前國(guó)際形勢(shì)，深化參會(huì)代表對(duì)習(xí)近平外交思想和當(dāng)前國(guó)際形勢(shì)的認(rèn)識(shí)和理解，對(duì)重慶市做好外事工作，特別是加快中西部國(guó)際交往中心建設(shè)，提供了現(xiàn)實(shí)參考，引起了強(qiáng)烈反響。

與會(huì)人員一致表示，這堂生動(dòng)的外事工作思想提升課，對(duì)扎實(shí)做好當(dāng)前外事工作，特別是加快中西部國(guó)際交往中心和內(nèi)陸開放高地建設(shè)，具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)指導(dǎo)意義。下一步，將深刻把握本區(qū)縣外事工作特點(diǎn)、充分發(fā)揮區(qū)域獨(dú)特優(yōu)勢(shì)，以更高水平的對(duì)外交往服務(wù)國(guó)家總體外交、服務(wù)本地高質(zhì)量發(fā)展，為實(shí)現(xiàn)“兩個(gè)一百年”奮斗目標(biāo)貢獻(xiàn)重慶力量。

此次會(huì)議由市委外辦主任，市政府外辦黨組書記、主任章勇武主持。各區(qū)縣黨委外事工作委員會(huì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)及黨委外辦主任，兩江新區(qū)、萬盛經(jīng)開區(qū)、高新區(qū)外事工作分管領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和外事工作負(fù)責(zé)人，相關(guān)市級(jí)部門及市政府外辦機(jī)關(guān)和直屬單位負(fù)責(zé)人參加。

On May 14， at the invitation of Foreign Affairs Office of the Communist Party of China Chongqing Committee， Director General Liu Jinsong of the Policy Planning Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China delivered a special lecture on the international situation and diplomatic work at the Foreign Affairs Building of Chongqing. By reviewing the history of China's diplomacy and foreign affairs， interpreting China's major international strategy and analyzing the current international situation， Liu Jinsong helped participants deepen the understanding and grasping of Xi Jinping Thought on Diplomacy and the current international situation， and provided a realistic reference for the work of Chongqing in foreign affairs， especially in speeding up the building of Chongqing into the international communication center in the central and western regions of China. His lecture aroused positive response from the audience.

The participants unanimously expressed that this lively lesson that was aimed at improving the foreign affairs work has important practical guiding significance for doing a solid job in the current foreign affairs work， especially in accelerating the construction of the center for international exchanges in the central and western regions and the inland open highland. In the next step， we will profoundly grasp the characteristics of the foreign affairs work of the districts and counties， give full play to the unique advantages of the region， serve the overall national diplomacy with a higher level of foreign exchanges， serve the local high-quality development， and contribute Chongqing's strength to the realization of the "two centenary" goals.

Leaders of the foreign affairs working committees of the party committees of all districts and counties and directors of the Foreign Affairs Office of the Party committees， leaders in charge of foreign affairs in Liangjiang New Area， Wansheng Economic Development Zone and Chongqing High-tech Zone and persons in charge of foreign affairs， as well as persons in charge of foreign affairs of relevant municipal departments and foreign affairs offices and units directly under the municipal government， attended the event.
