6月3日至4日，重慶市政府外辦二級(jí)巡視員、市對(duì)外友協(xié)辦主任魯進(jìn)率隊(duì)赴成都開(kāi)展專(zhuān)題調(diào)研，分別與四川省委外辦機(jī)關(guān)黨委書(shū)記楊東、四川省對(duì)外友協(xié)秘書(shū)長(zhǎng)向瓊花舉行座談交流，加快推進(jìn)成渝地區(qū)雙城經(jīng)濟(jì)圈建設(shè)。

魯進(jìn)聽(tīng)取了四川省積極開(kāi)展民間組織“走出去”工作有關(guān)情況。他表示，川促會(huì)的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)值得學(xué)習(xí)和借鑒，重慶市政府外辦將加快推進(jìn)渝促會(huì)的籌建工作，貫徹落實(shí)中央、重慶市委關(guān)于成渝地區(qū)雙城經(jīng)濟(jì)圈建設(shè)的戰(zhàn)略部署，按照川渝外辦簽署的合作備忘錄相關(guān)要求，與四川省外辦進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)溝通交流。

此外，魯進(jìn)還與向瓊花就如何加強(qiáng)成渝兩地友協(xié)合作，共同推進(jìn)成渝地區(qū)雙城經(jīng)濟(jì)圈建設(shè)展開(kāi)深入交流。雙方一致同意，進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)兩部門(mén)溝通與合作，進(jìn)一步實(shí)現(xiàn)資源互享、信息互通，以合辦民間國(guó)際交往活動(dòng)等形式，不斷加深交流合作，為推進(jìn)成渝地區(qū)雙城經(jīng)濟(jì)圈建設(shè)、推動(dòng)內(nèi)陸地區(qū)更高水平的開(kāi)放發(fā)展貢獻(xiàn)民間外事力量。

On June 3rd and 4th， a delegation with Lu Jin， level-2 counselor of the FAOCMG and director of the office of the Chongqing Municipal Peoples Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries （CMPAFFC） as its leader came to Chengdu for a thematic research. They were in discussion and exchange with Mr. Yang Dong， secretary of the Party committee of the FAOCSPC， and Ms. Xiang Qionghua， secretary-general of the SPPAFFC， respectively， to ramp up efforts for the construction of Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle.

Mr. Lu Jin， upon listening to Sichuans briefings on the work of non-governmental organizations "going global". He held that the FAOCMG will draw on essence of the Sichuan Union Council for the Promotion of Enterprise Business （SUCPEB） to accelerate the preparatory work for the establishment of Chongqings. The association will implement the strategy of the central government and the CPC Chongqing Municipal Committee on the building of Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle. The office， by answering the call of the Memorandum of Understanding for Cooperation signed by the FAOCSPC-FAOCMG， will further enhance communication with its counterpart in Sichuan.

Also， Mr. Lu Jin and Ms. Xiang Qionghua explored how to strengthen the cooperation between the two associations and how to advance the development of Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle in joint efforts. Both agreed to further improve communication and cooperation in between and to achieve the sharing of resources and information. As part of efforts to deepen exchanges and cooperation， the two sides upheld to organize non-governmental activities in the form of international exchange to bolster the Economic Circle and bring the opening of the inland areas to a new height.
