5月13日，重慶與阿根廷西北部地區(qū)6省舉行合作交流視頻會(huì)。參會(huì)的阿根廷西北部6省包括卡塔馬卡省、胡胡伊省、拉里奧哈省、薩爾塔省、圣地亞哥-德?tīng)柊Ｋ固亓_省和圖庫(kù)曼省，分別介紹了各省的優(yōu)勢(shì)，以及與重慶合作的機(jī)遇。

市政府外辦主任章勇武在視頻會(huì)上表示，阿根廷西北各省資源豐富，農(nóng)牧業(yè)和礦業(yè)發(fā)達(dá)，出產(chǎn)的橄欖油、牛肉、紅酒等產(chǎn)品在中國(guó)市場(chǎng)有很大的銷(xiāo)售潛力。重慶歡迎阿根廷西北各省企業(yè)拓展重慶市場(chǎng)，銷(xiāo)售特色產(chǎn)品。市政府外辦將推動(dòng)相關(guān)區(qū)縣、商會(huì)、貿(mào)促機(jī)構(gòu)、企業(yè)與阿根廷對(duì)接，雙方可借助科技創(chuàng)新，在智慧農(nóng)業(yè)、新能源等相關(guān)領(lǐng)域開(kāi)展技術(shù)合作，促進(jìn)人才交流、技術(shù)共享，推動(dòng)綠色產(chǎn)能合作。

阿根廷聯(lián)邦投資委員會(huì)秘書(shū)長(zhǎng)伊格納西奧·拉莫特在視頻連線(xiàn)時(shí)說(shuō)，阿根廷西北部大區(qū)擁有豐富的自然資源，優(yōu)質(zhì)的人才儲(chǔ)備，具有競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的礦業(yè)資源，與重慶具有較強(qiáng)互補(bǔ)性，相信雙方一定能取得非常好的合作成果。阿根廷聯(lián)邦投資委員會(huì)也將鼓勵(lì)阿根廷各省市企業(yè)參加今年11月在渝舉辦的“第十四屆中國(guó)—拉美企業(yè)家高峰會(huì)”，以期進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)雙方合作。

On May 13， Chongqing held a video conference on cooperation and exchange with six provinces in northwestern Argentina， including Catamarca， Jujuy， La Rioja， Salta， Santiago del Estero and Tucuman， which respectively introduced their advantages and opportunities for cooperation with Chongqing.

Zhang Yongwu， director general of Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal Peoples Government， said at the video conference that rich in resources， the? provinces in northwest Argentina have well-developed agriculture， animal husbandry and mining industries， with great sales potential of olive oil， beef， red wine and other products in the Chinese market; that Chongqing welcomes enterprises from these provinces to expand the Chongqing market and sell characteristic products; that Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal Peoples Government will promote the business matching of relevant districts and counties， chambers of Commerce， trade promotion institutions and enterprises with Argentina; that based on scientific and technological innovation both sides can carry out technical cooperation in smart agriculture， new energy and other related fields， and promote talent exchange， technology sharing， and green production capacity cooperation.

Ignacio Lamothe， Secretary General of Argentina's federal investment commission， said in the video that the northwest region of Argentina is rich in natural resources， high-quality talent reserves， competitive mining resources， that can be complementary with Chongqing; that the two sides are expected to achieve very good results in cooperation and the federal investment commission of Argentina will also encourage Argentine enterprises from all provinces and cities to participate in the 14th? China-LAC Business Summit to be held in Chongqing in November this year， with a view to further strengthening bilateral cooperation.
