摘 要:以番茄(Solanum lycopersicum)種子為試驗(yàn)材料,研究在不同重金屬離子(鎘、鋅)影響下,番茄種子萌發(fā)過程中的發(fā)芽勢(shì)、發(fā)芽率、活力指數(shù)、根長(zhǎng)等變化情況,并探討了鎘(Cd)、鋅(Zn)、鎘+鋅(Cd+Zn)對(duì)番茄種子的毒性效應(yīng)。結(jié)果表明:隨著重金屬處理濃度的增加,番茄種子的發(fā)芽率、發(fā)芽勢(shì)、根長(zhǎng)、芽長(zhǎng)、苗長(zhǎng)和活力指數(shù)均顯著下降,差異顯著。鋅、鎘以及鋅+鎘混合處理均對(duì)番茄種子的萌發(fā)起到了有效的抑制作用。研究結(jié)果對(duì)重金屬污染土壤中番茄種子的萌發(fā)和定植具有重要的理論和實(shí)踐意義。

Effects of Different Heavy Metal Ions on Seed Germination and Seedling Growth of Solanum lycopersicum

Abstract: Solanum lycopersicum seeds were used as the materials in this experiment, and the changes of germination vigor, germination percentage, vigor index and root length were recorded during the germination of seeds under the influence of different heavy metal ions Cd(superscript 2+) and Zn (superscript 2+) . The toxic effects of Zn (superscript 2+), Cd(superscript 2+) and Zn+Cd (superscript 2+) on seeds were investigated. The results showed that the germination rate, germination potential, root length, shoot length, seedling length and vigor index of solanum lycopersicum seeds decreased significantly with the increase of heavy metal concentration. Zn (superscript 2+), Cd(superscript 2+) and Zn+Cd (superscript 2+) could inhibit the germination of seeds effectively. The study has important theoretical and practical significance for seed germination and colonization of Solanum lycopersicum in heavy metal contaminated soil.
