摘 要:為了改善電控發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的故障診斷水平,為汽車作業(yè)創(chuàng)造更為優(yōu)質(zhì)的條件,本文選取RBF神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)作為研究工具,根據(jù)電控發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)作業(yè)原理,構(gòu)建故障診斷函數(shù),在MATLAB環(huán)境下編譯診斷程序。為了檢驗(yàn)本文提出的故障診斷方案可靠性,本研究設(shè)置了3種故障狀態(tài),對(duì)這些故障診斷進(jìn)行仿真。仿真結(jié)果顯示,本文提出的故障診斷方案符合診斷精度、診斷效率改善要求,可以推廣應(yīng)用。

Research on Fault Diagnosis of Automobile Electronic Control Engine

Abstract:To improve the fault diagnosis level of the electronic control engine and create better conditions for automobile operation, this paper selects RBF neural network as the research tool, constructs the fault diagnosis function according to the operation principle of the electronic control engine, and compiles the diagnosis program in the MATLAB environment. In order to test the reliability of the fault diagnosis scheme proposed in this paper, this research has set up three kinds of fault states to simulate this fault diagnosis. The simulation results show that the fault diagnosis scheme proposed in this paper meets the requirements of improving diagnosis accuracy and diagnosis efficiency and can be popularized and applied.
