某乘用車變速器嘯叫音的改善

摘 要：隨著人們生活水平的提高，人們對汽車的舒適性有更高的要求。變速器作為整車的重要組成部分，汽車廠家對其 NVH 性能也提出了更高的要求。其中，變速器嘯叫噪音是當前發(fā)生的最多、最難解決的NVH問題。因此，本文通過對某變速器四檔嘯叫問題進行研究，對車內噪聲源及驅動軸進行分析，確定了嘯叫問題產生的主要原因，并提出了相應的優(yōu)化方案，為后續(xù)應對類似問題提供了方法和思路。

The Improvement of the Gear Whine Noise of a Passenger Car’ s Transmission

Abstract：People have a higher requirement for automobile comfort， as the improvement of people's living standards. As one of the important components of the vehicle， the automobile manufacturer has also a higher requirement for the transmission NVH performance. And the gear whine noise of the transmission is the most difficult problems to be solved. Therefore， in this paper， the four-shift-gear-whine noise of one transmission is to be studied， the inside source and the drive shaft is analyzed， the main reason led to the problem is determined， and the relevant optimizing solution is put forward so as to provide method and solution for the same problems in the future.
