      【寫作指導(dǎo)】

      Step 1 審題定調(diào)

      該寫作任務(wù)為健康飲食類寫作。審題時(shí)注意,時(shí)態(tài)應(yīng)該使用一般現(xiàn)在時(shí),人稱宜使用第一人稱和第三人稱。

      Step 2 謀篇布局

      寫作時(shí),我們可以從以下幾個(gè)方面入手:

      Part 1:說明現(xiàn)象(phenomenon)。

      Part 2:列出影響(consequence)。

      Part 3:提供建議(suggestion)。

      Part 4:表達(dá)期待(expectation)。

      Step 3 組織語言

      1. Healthy eating starts with having a healthy attitude. 健康飲食始于健康的態(tài)度。

      2. There is increasing evidence that the real killer of poor health is fatty food and

      sugar. 越來越多的證據(jù)表明,真正的健康殺手是高脂食物和糖分。

      3. If you want to be healthy, you have to cut down on desserts and cut out sweet drinks altogether. 如果你想要健康,你必須減少甜食的攝入并完全杜絕甜味飲料。

      5. A fundamental key to healthy eating is to eat slowly. Eating slowly gives enough time to your brain to tell your body that you are full.       7. Its better to eat a modest amount of food each time, rather than to eat a lot in one meal, and then a little in the next. 適量飲食有益健康,避免一餐吃太多而下頓吃太少。

      8. Its not good to skip breakfast, grab something to eat on the way, or eat between classes. 不吃早飯、抓點(diǎn)東西邊走邊吃或者課間吃都是不好的。

      Some students still have some bad eating habits such as enjoying junk food and having an unbalanced diet, which have bad effects on their health and study. I strongly recommend that they change these bad habits and go on the right track.

      Firstly, taking meals at the same time with the same amount each day. Besides, cut out sweet drinks altogether, because they pose a threat to our health. Whats more, a balanced diet is important, which includes some meat, beans and dairy products, as they provide necessary protein for strong bones and muscle growth.
