Hobby Is Important 愛(ài)好很重要

作家汪曾祺曾在散文中寫(xiě)道：“一個(gè)人不能從早寫(xiě)到晚，那樣就成了一架寫(xiě)作機(jī)器，總得岔乎岔乎，找點(diǎn)事情消遣消遣，通常說(shuō)，得有點(diǎn)業(yè)余愛(ài)好?！睈?ài)好對(duì)每個(gè)人都很重要。

Hobby adds the artistic and creative touch in everybody's life. Hobby is that door in everybody's life where the other side will always have a bright sky.

To begin with， having a hobby is one of the best ways to help us develop our creativity. Every hobby requires a lot of creativity， as we will find ourselves dealing with new situations all the time， and from the very beginning. When we consistently create things， our creativity power increases. This is because creativity is like a muscle. The more we exercise it， the better it gets. Even if the process to get there seems a bit 1）rocky or painful at first.

In the next place， having a hobby can help our social life and create a 2）bond with others. Pursuing a hobby is one of the best ways to make new friends. When we have a hobby， it becomes very easy to get in touch with people who share our interests. We will find that suddenly our life is filled with new and interesting people who we can really talk to about our hobby.

Last but not least， hobbies are a great way to help us reduce our levelsof stress， as they give us the chance to 3）disconnect from our worries and focus on doing something we enjoy. Besides， hobbies that require physical activity， will also produce chemical changes in our body， helping us feel better， happier. Hobbies give us a way to take our mind off the stresses of everyday life. They let us relax and seek pleasure in activities that aren't associated with study or other responsibilities.

愛(ài)好為每個(gè)人的生活增添了藝術(shù)和創(chuàng)意。愛(ài)好是每個(gè)人生活中的那扇門(mén)，門(mén)的那一頭將永遠(yuǎn)擁有明亮的天空。
