一把卷尺可以量出一個(gè)造車廠?是的,青島的一個(gè)造車廠就是靠著一把卷尺開(kāi)拓出了如今年銷售額超千萬(wàn)元的疆土。袁德強(qiáng),一位奔四的“80后”,英語(yǔ)專業(yè)出身的他,卻憑借滿腔熱忱將親手制造復(fù)古車的夢(mèng)想照進(jìn)了現(xiàn)實(shí)。
邁入復(fù)古車造車行業(yè)的原動(dòng)力,是從一輛買來(lái)的家用電動(dòng)車開(kāi)始的。由于品牌質(zhì)量不過(guò)關(guān),這輛車總是出現(xiàn)故障,在不停的修理過(guò)程中,袁德強(qiáng)漸漸掌握了其中的技術(shù)原理,摸到了門道,心中也不免產(chǎn)生了一個(gè)造車的念頭。行動(dòng)力極強(qiáng)的他,立即在自家樓下開(kāi)始著手制造第一輛電動(dòng)車。第一輛車在網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)發(fā)布后,居然很快就售出。
拿到第一桶金之后,袁德強(qiáng)開(kāi)始著手制造“火柴盒”餐車,但是很快遭到了打擊。由于餐車被同行大量復(fù)制,他幾乎接不到訂單。擅長(zhǎng)英語(yǔ)的他,突發(fā)奇想到國(guó)外網(wǎng)絡(luò)上尋找商機(jī)。機(jī)緣巧合下,他發(fā)現(xiàn)了大眾T1被大量應(yīng)用于國(guó)外的餐車。于是,袁德強(qiáng)決定冒險(xiǎn)嘗試,掏出5萬(wàn)元積蓄投入到造車中。沒(méi)想到,當(dāng)成品圖片在網(wǎng)絡(luò)上發(fā)布之后,這款車“一炮而紅”,他成功了。
進(jìn)入城陽(yáng)區(qū)錦宏?yáng)|路的工廠內(nèi),大眾T1、雪鐵龍YH、比亞喬、老福特皮卡一一映入眼簾……形形色色的復(fù)古車不一而足,均出自袁德強(qiáng)之手。問(wèn)及如何制造這些車時(shí),他只拿出了一把卷尺。做好一臺(tái)復(fù)古車,要到網(wǎng)上查各種資料,因?yàn)橹R(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)年限為60年,所以網(wǎng)上的各種老爺車圖紙資料基本也都是公開(kāi)的??磮D是第一步,將尺寸把握好才是最重要的,有條件測(cè)量真車做起來(lái)最輕松,可以同比例制造;假如沒(méi)有真車,還有一個(gè)“絕招”就是購(gòu)買高價(jià)精裝模型等比例放大尺寸,然后依據(jù)測(cè)量進(jìn)行制造。
在袁德強(qiáng)的工作間,擺放著大量手稿。每一張手稿上都密密麻麻地記錄著各種數(shù)據(jù),大到車體,小到每個(gè)裝飾配件,無(wú)一不精確到極點(diǎn)。在品質(zhì)追求上一絲不茍、細(xì)致入微的精神,很快讓袁德強(qiáng)打開(kāi)了市場(chǎng),訂單紛至沓來(lái),遍布全國(guó),甚至遠(yuǎn)銷海外。
為了更好地研發(fā)新產(chǎn)品,袁德強(qiáng)高價(jià)購(gòu)買了很多報(bào)廢的老式復(fù)古車,包括老款寶馬MINI、大眾T1、老款解放卡車、大眾甲殼蟲(chóng)、伏爾加轎車,用這些真車來(lái)進(jìn)行同比例制造。經(jīng)袁德強(qiáng)打造的復(fù)古車雖不能上路,卻受到業(yè)界高度好評(píng),大多應(yīng)用于各類餐車、場(chǎng)景展示,甚至用于橫店影視城的道具車。他的車不僅可以開(kāi),具備機(jī)動(dòng)車的所有功能,而且聲光電一應(yīng)俱全,細(xì)節(jié)更是極其到位,這一切都源于他對(duì)復(fù)古車的獨(dú)特情懷。

Retro Vehicles Reappear

His dining car was reproduced in great numbers by his counterparts, so that he could hardly receive orders. Proficient in English, on a whim he decided to seek business opportunities on the foreign Internet. By chance, he found that Volkswagen T1 was widely applied to foreign dining cars. Thus, he took the plunge, and invested RMB 50,000 in vehicle making. Unexpectedly, after the finished vehicle picture was posted on the Internet, this vehicle “rose to sudden fame”. He succeeded.
Entering the factory at Jinhong East Road, Chengyang District, you could see Volkswagen T1, Citroen YH, Piaggio, old Ford pickups... These retro vehicles were all made by Yuan Deqiang. His vehicles are not only drivable, but also equipped with all functions of motor vehicles, with the addition of complete sound, light and electricity, as well as precise details. All these come from his unique feeling for retro vehicles.
