位于東海之濱、寧波南緣的象山縣，既是歷史悠久的千年漁村，也是風(fēng)光秀美的旅游勝地。象山海岸線綿延900多公里，占浙江省海岸線近百分之一。穿行在漫長(zhǎng)而曲折的海岸線上，從北到南，有蓬勃發(fā)展的臨港裝備園，有風(fēng)光旖旎的東海仙子灣，有美不勝收的半邊山旅游度假區(qū)，有千年風(fēng)情的石浦漁港，有動(dòng)人心魄的花岙石林……

現(xiàn)在，還有兩座亞運(yùn)場(chǎng)館也坐落于象山，分別是亞帆中心和沙灘排球中心。2021年3月底，兩個(gè)場(chǎng)館都通過(guò)了竣工驗(yàn)收，成為亞運(yùn)會(huì)首批建成的競(jìng)賽場(chǎng)館。

象山亞帆中心：一半陸地一半海洋

亞帆中心位于象山縣松蘭山長(zhǎng)咀頭區(qū)，從亞帆中心往里，過(guò)了白沙灣村就是著名的松蘭山景區(qū)了。松蘭山是天臺(tái)山脈由西向東奔入東海的余脈，沿海岸線形成了美麗曲折的港灣、島礁和岬角，礁石林立，沙灘連環(huán)，千姿百態(tài)，蔚為壯觀，被譽(yù)為“東方不老島”上的一顆明珠。

據(jù)亞帆中心建設(shè)部相關(guān)負(fù)責(zé)人周揚(yáng)介紹，亞帆中心所在的松蘭山海域，屬大目洋近岸海域，自然條件優(yōu)越，海域面積、風(fēng)向風(fēng)力、洋流浪向、氣候水溫均非常適合舉辦大型海洋運(yùn)動(dòng)比賽和常年開(kāi)展海洋運(yùn)動(dòng)。

歷經(jīng)28個(gè)月的緊張建設(shè)，2021年3月30日，亞帆中心通過(guò)了竣工驗(yàn)收。亞帆中心陸域用地有15公頃，而海域面積則超過(guò)45公頃，一半在陸地，一半在海中，海陸結(jié)合的設(shè)計(jì)使得賽事與自然合二為一。

陸地部分設(shè)計(jì)充分考慮了多山地、多陡坡的現(xiàn)狀，要求在滿足運(yùn)動(dòng)員需求的同時(shí)保護(hù)生態(tài)資源的完整性，讓建筑與自然和諧共生。亞帆中心的競(jìng)賽培訓(xùn)中心依山而建，或順山體逐步升高，或插入山體，形成了別具一格的建筑趣味空間。

海上部分最顯眼的就是巨大的港池，靠近岸邊的活動(dòng)操作臺(tái)，被幾十根13米長(zhǎng)的柱子牢牢固定在原地。兩座防浪堤從陸地兩側(cè)伸出，猶如環(huán)抱的雙臂，守護(hù)著一片風(fēng)平浪靜的內(nèi)灣。

據(jù)負(fù)責(zé)人介紹，亞帆中心的設(shè)計(jì)靈感來(lái)源于象山開(kāi)漁節(jié)，整個(gè)建筑如同守護(hù)漁船的漁港，一艘艘漁船從中駛出，千帆競(jìng)發(fā)，乘風(fēng)破浪，向著遠(yuǎn)方的大海奔去。毫無(wú)疑問(wèn)，亞帆中心將成為具有亞運(yùn)特色的象山新地標(biāo)?！案鶕?jù)初步規(guī)劃，這里在賽后將轉(zhuǎn)型為融‘水上運(yùn)動(dòng)、休閑娛樂(lè)、健身康體、度假旅游于一體的綜合性水上運(yùn)動(dòng)基地?！敝軗P(yáng)表示。

夜幕降臨，亮起燈光的亞帆中心成為象山夜景新地標(biāo)。亞帆中心的夜景泛光照明通過(guò)采用黃、綠、藍(lán)、紫等顏色，打造動(dòng)態(tài)變幻的效果，體現(xiàn)海洋運(yùn)動(dòng)的奔流動(dòng)態(tài)，淋漓盡致地渲染夜幕下的亞運(yùn)場(chǎng)館靜謐如詩(shī)、安寧美好的場(chǎng)景意向，同時(shí)也展現(xiàn)帆船運(yùn)動(dòng)活力、時(shí)尚、現(xiàn)代的一面。

黑科技也是亞帆中心吸睛的一大利器。過(guò)去，海面上的垃圾清理是一大難題，不但費(fèi)時(shí)費(fèi)力，而且有不少港灣靠人力難以完成清理。現(xiàn)在，10余名工作人員通過(guò)利用“遙感+AI”技術(shù)，就能對(duì)海面白色固廢等漂浮物進(jìn)行全方位清理。依靠衛(wèi)星遙感、人工智能等技術(shù)，能實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測(cè)海岸線動(dòng)態(tài)，并將固體廢物堆放、偷排污、岸線侵占等情況第一時(shí)間匯總，加以及時(shí)解決，使得“北緯30度最美海岸線”實(shí)至名歸。

半邊山沙灘排球中心：面朝大山背靠海洋

象山海洋資源豐富，擁有沙質(zhì)優(yōu)良、純度極高、清潔環(huán)保的天然沙灘，是開(kāi)展沙灘運(yùn)動(dòng)的理想之地。半邊山是位于象山東部的一個(gè)三面環(huán)海的半島景區(qū)，風(fēng)景優(yōu)美。沙灘排球中心矗立于半邊山腳下，是一座藍(lán)白相間的“C”字型建筑。從“C”字口眺望，便能看到金黃的沙灘和蔚藍(lán)的大海。這也是寧波賽區(qū)唯一可供觀眾現(xiàn)場(chǎng)全程實(shí)景欣賞的比賽場(chǎng)館。

半邊山沙灘排球中心是中國(guó)為數(shù)不多的永久性沙排場(chǎng)基地，總建筑面積約4400平方米，可容納2200名觀眾。從外面看，場(chǎng)館的墻壁是清新淡雅的白色，內(nèi)部極具視覺(jué)沖擊力的是觀眾看臺(tái)上藍(lán)色白色無(wú)序布置的座椅，搭配中間金黃色的沙灘，場(chǎng)館正面是一片碧波蕩漾的池塘，與海邊的景色融為一體。場(chǎng)館身后及兩翼分布著副場(chǎng)館、熱身場(chǎng)地和三片練習(xí)場(chǎng)地，以及其他的一些基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施。

沙排中心不是單獨(dú)的建筑體，而是半邊山半島景區(qū)的一部分，做到運(yùn)動(dòng)資源、旅游資源、文化資源三者的有效結(jié)合。作為運(yùn)動(dòng)場(chǎng)地，整座場(chǎng)館建設(shè)水準(zhǔn)在國(guó)內(nèi)外沙排比賽場(chǎng)地中處于領(lǐng)先水平，能夠滿足專(zhuān)業(yè)運(yùn)動(dòng)員的訓(xùn)練需求和比賽需求。作為文化演繹的舞臺(tái)，半島景區(qū)以場(chǎng)館為載體，結(jié)合當(dāng)?shù)匚幕厣麄鲗幉?、象山本地的海洋運(yùn)動(dòng)休閑特色以及漁文化，真正做到辦好一場(chǎng)會(huì)、提升一座城。

近年來(lái)，象山縣依靠每年一屆的中國(guó)（寧波象山）開(kāi)漁節(jié)，開(kāi)創(chuàng)了集文化、旅游、經(jīng)貿(mào)活動(dòng)于一體的海洋慶典活動(dòng)，并著力打造“北緯30度最美海岸線”。

象山與佛羅里達(dá)、墨西哥灣、夏威夷同處北緯30度黃金線，象山的“北緯30度最美海岸線”串聯(lián)起當(dāng)?shù)鬲?dú)特的山海風(fēng)光、半島風(fēng)情、漁家民俗等海洋旅游資源。在這條線上，游客可以體驗(yàn)趕海駕帆之旅、海濱度假之旅、海島探秘之旅、豪橫海鮮之旅、漁港風(fēng)情之旅、乘風(fēng)造浪之旅等多種形式的海洋特色旅游，切身感受半島海洋旅游、影視旅游、鄉(xiāng)村旅游的獨(dú)特魅力。

比如想體驗(yàn)趕海駕帆之旅，可以前往東旦時(shí)尚運(yùn)動(dòng)海灘，在這片面積不大的沙灘和海面上，體驗(yàn)沙灘越野車(chē)、摩托艇、水上飛傘、雙體帆船、皮劃艇等豐富多樣的海上游樂(lè)項(xiàng)目;到了晚上，還有集市、帳篷、露營(yíng)、音樂(lè)等時(shí)尚潮流活動(dòng)。

這樣的可暢玩之地在象山還有很多，有集江南古鎮(zhèn)的古樸靈秀和山城漁港的蜿蜒多變于一體、擁有近600年歷史的石浦漁港古城，有被譽(yù)為“亞洲第一釣場(chǎng)”的漁山列島等。此外，你還可以在漁山邂逅“藍(lán)眼淚”，去花岙島穿越億年海上石林，到檀頭山領(lǐng)略“潮來(lái)一排雪，潮去一片金”的情侶沙灘……

The Hangzhou Asian Games Venues on

the Most Beautiful Coastline

Xiangshan is a well-known tourist county situated at the most beautiful coastline of the East China Sea. Its coastline extends more than 900 kilometers with a flourishing Linguang Equipment Manufacturing Park， attractive Xianzi Bay， Banbianshan Tourist Resort， Shipu Fishing Harbor and Huaao Stone Forest. Sitting between the Songlan Mountain Scenic Area and the sea in Xiangshan county， the Asian Sailing Center is endowed with a natural heritage of perfect sea coverage， right wind and ocean waves as well as great weather and water temperature， making it an ideal place to host big water sports and events all year round. With a total investment of over 600 million yuan， the Asian Sailing Center covers 150，000 square meters of land and 450，000 square meters of sea， resulting in a half-natural site for water sports.

Featuring hills and slopes， the land part of the center is a harmonious coexistence of nature and buildings. For example， the training center is built right on the mountain. Some parts of it climb up the mountain while others go straight inside it， forming a uniquely designed construction masterpiece. However， the most eye-catching of the sea part is the event controlling station， which is built on the water， supported by dozens of 13-meter-long concrete pillars. Two breakwaters stretch out from the land， hugging the peaceful and quiet bay.

he design of the Asian Sailing Center was inspired from the Xiangshan Fishing Festival. The whole building is like a fishing harbor， protecting and escorting boats out to the far ocean. The Asian Sailing Center will be the new landmark in Xiangshan， and it will transform into a one-stop comprehensive water sports base after the Asian Games， consisting of water sports， leisure activities， fitness facilities and holiday resorts. Advanced technology is another attraction. By using “remote-sensing and AI” technology， the entire competition sea area could be cleaned by as few as 10 workers， while solid waste， drain contamination and shoreline encroachment could be easily monitored and solved in real time. Brightened with multicolor lights at night， the poetic and peaceful Xiangshan Asian Sailing Center presents an energetic， fashionable and modern sporting scene.

The Banbianshan Beach Volleyball Center is at the foot of Banbianshan Mountain on a peninsula. It is a C-shape blue and white building backed by the ocean while facing picturesque mountains. It is also the only competition venue in Ningbo that offers live on-site games. With a total construction area of 4，400 square meters and a capacity of 2，200 seats， the center is one of the few permanent beach volleyball bases in China. Its white wall and blue and white seats well integrate with the golden beach and blue sea， surrounded with warm-up centers， training centers and other infrastructure as well.

The Beach Volleyball Center is not a standalone Asian Games venue， but a part of Banbianshan Peninsula Scenic Area. As a sports venue， it is a world-leading beach volleyball site for professional training and competitions. As a part of tourist attraction， it is also a perfect platform to promote local fishing culture， water sports and entertainment.

Similar to Florida， Mexico Bay and Hawaii， Xiangshan is right on the coastline at 30 degrees north latitude. It is the most beautiful coastline that strings mountainous ocean scenery， peninsula folkway and fishing culture together.
