We don'tmeet people by accident.

Every person you meet will have a role in your life， be it big or small. Some will help you grow， some will hurt you， some will inspire you to do better. At the same time， you are playing someroleintheirlivesaswell. Knowthat paths cross for a reason and treat people with significance.

The best teachers are those who don't tell you how to get there but show the way.

There is no better joy then helping people see a vision for themselves， seeing them go to levels higher than they ever would have imagined on their own. But that doesn't mean you have to fix them or enable them; instead， guide them to thesourceof theirown power. Offer them support and motivation as they find their own way and show you what they're capable of. All you have to do is believe in them.

Never look down on someone unless you are helping them up.

We like to think of life as a meritocracy， so it's easy to look down on someone who isn't as successful or accomplished or well educated as you are. But you have no idea how far that person has already climbed or where they will endup. Timecouldeasilyreverseyourposi- tions， so be sure you treat everyone with dignity.

Appreciate those who have supported you， forgivethosewhohavehurtyou，helpthose who need you.

Businessiscomplicated，lifeiscomplex， and leadership is difficult. Treat all people-- includingyourself--withloveand compassion， and you can'tgo wrong.

Treat people the way you want to be treat- ed and life will instantly get better.

我們遇見的人不是偶然。

無論大小，你見到的每一個人將在你的人生中扮演一個角色。一些人幫助你成長，一些人傷害你，一些人激勵你做得更好。與此同時，你也在他們的人生中扮演一定的角色。知道道路不會無緣無故交錯，有意義地對待別人。

最佳的老師，并非授人以魚，而是授人以漁。

再沒有比幫助別人自己看到未來、看到他們到達了他們原來也沒想到的高度讓人更高興的事了。但這不意味著你不得不更正他們或者武裝他們，取而代之的是，引導他們到達自己的能力之源。當他們找到自己的路并展示給你他們的能力時，提供給他們幫助和激勵。你所做的就是相信他們。

絕不輕視他人，除非你在幫助他們成長。

我們喜歡相信生活是精英統(tǒng)治，所以很容易看低那些還沒有像你一樣成功，或有成就，或受過良好教育的人。但是你不知道那個人已經(jīng)攀登到哪里或將要在哪里結束。時間會很容易地翻轉你們的位置，所以一定要尊重別人。

欣賞那些支持你的人，原諒那些傷害你的人，幫助那些需要你的人。

生意是復雜的，生活是難懂的，領導者是難當?shù)摹M懷愛和同情地對待所有人，包括你自己，這樣你才不會犯錯。

對待他人，如同你所希望被對待的方式，生活也因此更美好。
