【摘要】目的：探究門診2型糖尿病患者格列美脲、阿卡波糖等臨床常用口服降糖藥物的使用情況及合理性。方法：篩選2020年9月—2021年9月期間我院門診共19550張?zhí)幏?，對其中口服降糖藥物出現(xiàn)頻次進行統(tǒng)計分析，同時分析口服降糖藥物的使用合理性。結(jié)果：在全部19550張門診處方中共篩選出1017張口服降糖藥處方，構(gòu)成比為5.20%。其中單用處方、雙聯(lián)處方、三聯(lián)處方及四聯(lián)處方分別占比409張（40.22%）、401張（39.43%）、178張（17.50%）及29張（2.85%）。在全部處方中口服降糖藥出現(xiàn)頻次共有779次，雙胍類降糖藥出現(xiàn)頻次最多，其中二甲雙胍及二甲雙胍緩釋片分別出現(xiàn)129次（16.56%）及105次（13.48%）；磺酰脲類降糖藥中的格列美脲及格列喹酮片分別出現(xiàn)67次（8.60%）及32次（4.11%）；α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制劑類降糖藥中的阿卡波糖片出現(xiàn)120次（15.40%）。結(jié)論：從我院對于治療2型糖尿病臨床常用口服降糖藥物的使用情況可以看出，基本處于合理使用范圍，不存在藥物濫用現(xiàn)象，藥物應用以單一用藥和雙聯(lián)用藥較多，三聯(lián)及四聯(lián)用藥情況較少。

Study on the clinical use and rationality of oral hypoglycemic drugs such as glimepiride and acarbose

【Abstract】Objective：To explore the use and rationality of common clinical oral hypoglycemic drugs such as glimepiride and acarbose in outpatient type 2 diabetes patients.Methods：From September 2020 to September 2021，a total of 19550 prescriptions were screened，and the frequency of oral hypoglycemic drugs was statistically analyzed，and the rationality of oral hypoglycemic drugs was also analyzed and analyze the rationality of oral hypoglycemic drugs.Results：A total of 1017 prescriptions of oral hypoglycemic drugs were screened from all 19550 outpatient prescriptions，with a constituent ratio of 5.20%.Among them，409 prescriptions （40.22%），401 prescriptions （39.43%），178 prescriptions （17.50%） and 29 prescriptions （2.85%） were for single use，double prescriptions，triple prescriptions and quadruple prescriptions，respectively.Among all the prescriptions，oral hypoglycemic drugs appeared 779 times in total，and the most frequent were biguanidine hypoglycemic drugs，of which metformin and metformin sustained-release tablets appeared 129 times （16.56%） and 105 times（13.48%） respectively；Glimepiride and gliquidone tablets in sulfonylurea hypoglycemic drugs appeared 67 times （8.60%） and 32 times（4.11%） respectively；Acarbose tablets in α-glucosidase inhibitors hypoglycemic drugs appeared 120 times （15.40%）.Conclusion：It can be seen from the use of oral hypoglycemic drugs commonly used in the clinical treatment of type 2 diabetes in our hospital that they are basically in the scope of reasonable use，and there is no drug abuse，and the drug application is more in single and double combination，and less triple and quadruple drugs.
