書面表達是英語學習中的一個難點，也是很多同學的一個失分點和薄弱點。對此，筆者總結了幾條提分策略，以期對同學們的寫作有所幫助。

一、優(yōu)先選擇短語

眾所周知，英語短語的語言表達效果是高于單詞的。因此，在英語書面表達中，同學們在用詞時要注意優(yōu)先選擇英語短語或詞組，這樣往往可以增加書面表達的亮點，提高書面表達的生動性和高級感。比如：

①鍛煉對我們來說很重要。

It is very important for us to do exercise.（一般）

It is of great importance for us to do exer-cise.（優(yōu)秀）

②過去許多人認為太陽是繞著地球轉(zhuǎn)的。

In the past， many people thought that thesun turned round the earth.（一般）

③利用你的業(yè)余時間操練英語。

Use your spare time to practice English.（一般）

二、巧用名言警句

名言警句，言簡意賅，具有較強的啟發(fā)性和哲理性。在英語書面表達中，同學們?nèi)裟芮擅畹匾妹跃?，則可以極大地增強文章的文采和說服力，使文章富有深度和文化底蘊。這就要求同學們在平時的英語學習中還要注意加強對諺語、俗語以及名言警句的積累，從而豐富語言儲備。比如：

①Just as the saying goes：“No pain， no gain.”So we should study hard in order to achieve great success.

正如俗話所說：“一分耕耘，一分收獲?！彼裕氆@得成功，我們就必須努力學習。

②There is an old saying going like this：“A book does hide a charming bridge.”I love read-ing books a lot.

古語有云：“書中自有黃金屋”，我非常喜歡讀書。

③As the proverb goes，“unity is strength”．In my opinion， we should not ignore the impor-tance of unity at no tlme.

正如諺語所說，“團結就是力量”。在我看來，我們?nèi)魏螘r候都不應該忽視團結的重要性。

④As the famous saying goes，“Failure is the mother of success”. We shouldn't be afraid of difficulties， and try our best to overcomethem.

俗話說：“失敗是成功之母”，我們不應該怕困難，而應盡最大努力克服困難。

三、恰當使用連接詞

連貫性是評價文章的一個重要標準，而連接詞的恰當使用則是提高文章連貫性的有效方法。所以，在初中英語書面表達中，同學們要注意連接詞的準確使用，從而確保文章銜接自然，脈絡清晰，層次分明，表達流暢。常見的連接詞有：

（1）表示“增加”：besides，moreover， fur-thermore， what's more等；

（2）表示“強調(diào)”：actually， especially，above all，of course等；

（3）表示“總結”：in short，in all，all in all，in a word等；

（4）表示“轉(zhuǎn)折”：but，however， while，nev-ertheless等；

（5）表示“先后”：firstly， secondly， at first，next，at last等；

（6）表示‘‘因果”：as，so，therefore， becauseof，as a result of等。

譬如：Firstly，1 will be strict in my studiesand listen attentively in class. Try to catch ev-erything that teachers say in class. Secondly，Ishould show respect to my teachers and be al-ways ready to help others. Get on well with oth-er students as hard as possible. Besides，I mustget used to school life and form good livinghabits， such as getting up early， doing sportsand so on.該語段準確運用了frstly， secondly，besides等連接詞，使文章有條理、有層次，讀來緊湊而連貫。

總之，英語書面表達能力的提升并非一日之功，而是一個循序漸進、日積月累的過程。在平時的英語學習中，同學們要注意多讀、多背、多記、多積累，并做到持之以恒，打好扎實的英語基本功，這樣寫作時才不會手忙腳亂，無話可說。
