“100多年來,華僑們吃苦耐勞,頑強打拼,成就了不同的事業(yè),他們洋裝在身,但心系祖國,回報桑梓……”在僑史暨卜莊營展覽館,講解員為小朋友們講解著每一張圖片的歷史,孩子們認真地聽著卜莊愛國華僑艱苦創(chuàng)業(yè)的故事以及峽山水庫卜莊營的風(fēng)采,感受著卜莊深厚的歷史文化底蘊。
講好“僑”文化、展現(xiàn)“僑”歷史、傳承“僑”精神,卜莊鎮(zhèn)立足群眾精神文化需求,整合“僑”資源,將僑史暨卜莊營展覽館、僑鄉(xiāng)鄉(xiāng)創(chuàng)工坊、“五大功”工商業(yè)世家、中共膠北特委舊址、西海軍分局后方醫(yī)院舊址、大陸村史館等緊密聯(lián)系在一起,同時依托睦和廣場、樂活廣場、任家社區(qū)新時代文明實踐所等場所,舉辦“僑鄉(xiāng)杯”象棋邀請賽、廣場舞大賽、主題文藝匯演等文化活動,開設(shè)草編、布老虎、土陶等特色科目研習(xí)室,傳承非遺文化,弘揚中華文明,讓更多文化成果惠及人民群眾。
走進卜莊鎮(zhèn)南任村,平坦整潔的道路直通家家戶戶,紅瓦白墻的民居巍然挺立,綠樹紅花相映成趣如詩似畫,“原先臟亂臭,現(xiàn)在美如畫,以前這邊都是大土墻,有的墻都裂了,現(xiàn)在村里不僅給補了墻還畫上各種圖案,比以前看著美觀多了!”村民們高興之情溢于言表,一幅幅圖文并茂的墻繪讓單一乏味的陳舊圍墻變身成一道道亮麗的風(fēng)景線。
“我們村是遠近聞名的‘象棋村’,我們結(jié)合象棋元素用通俗易懂、內(nèi)容豐富的墻上繪畫,美化了村容村貌,還將社會主義核心價值觀、民族團結(jié)、美德健康生活方式等內(nèi)容展現(xiàn)在老百姓面前,融美化、教育于一體。”南任村黨支部書記、村主任任鐵清說。
卜莊鎮(zhèn)充分整合各村空白、老舊農(nóng)家外墻,用富有卜莊本地特色的書畫,按照“一墻一文化,一墻一特色,一墻一風(fēng)景”的原則進行墻體彩繪,將鄉(xiāng)村文化墻作為傳播文明的載體、教育村民的陣地、美化村莊的裝飾,既給美麗鄉(xiāng)村建設(shè)增添了別樣的色彩,又在潛移默化中滋潤了培育文明鄉(xiāng)風(fēng)的土壤。
“這里的書很多,環(huán)境也很好,爸媽出去干活了我就和小伙伴們一起來這里看書!”“家里的書我都看完了,這里的書不僅種類多,我還能經(jīng)常來看,不用去書店了?!痹诓非f鎮(zhèn)大陸村農(nóng)家書屋,孩子們正在津津有味地看著書。
該書屋占地90平方米,藏書涵蓋自然農(nóng)業(yè)、種植養(yǎng)殖、少兒文藝等16類3000余冊,能夠滿足不同閱讀群體的需求,不僅常態(tài)化開展“新時代鄉(xiāng)村閱讀季”、“小手拉大手 書香飄萬家”少年兒童閱讀實踐、《如此生活》心得交流分享等群眾喜聞樂見的閱讀活動,還有村新時代文明實踐站志愿服務(wù)隊成員擔任輔導(dǎo)員、宣講員,充分調(diào)動群眾閱讀積極性,豐富活躍基層群眾文化生活。
卜莊鎮(zhèn)不僅全鎮(zhèn)95個行政村已實現(xiàn)農(nóng)家書屋全覆蓋,還積極探索農(nóng)家書屋延伸服務(wù),結(jié)合新時代文明實踐活動,采用“農(nóng)家書屋+”模式,圍繞暑期課堂、紅色文化教育、家風(fēng)家教等主題,組織開展書畫展、講座、演講等內(nèi)容豐富、形式多樣的公益活動,讓農(nóng)家書屋真正地“活起來”,形成了先進領(lǐng)讀、老少同讀、村民共讀的良好局面,不斷提升群眾閱讀興趣和文明素養(yǎng),提升群眾的精氣神。
Taking the construction of so- cialist cultural and ethics as a starting point, Buzhuang Town in Changyi City has been actively promoting the construction of beautiful countryside and rural public culture in recent years. As a result, the spiritual outlook of farmers has b e e n c o m p r e h e n s i v e l y i m p r o v e d , civilized rural lifestyles, good family traditions, and simple folk customs h a v e b e e n d e v e l o p e d , w h i c h h a s driven the comprehensive upgrading of agriculture, rural progress, and farmers’ development, and people’s increased sense of accomplishment, happiness, security.
B u z h u a n g T o w n n o t o n l y h a s achieved the full coverage of rural book houses in 95 administrative villages, but it is also actively exploring the extension services of rural book houses. Adopting the “Rural Book House Plus” model, in combination with the new-era civilized practices, it organizes rich and diverse public welfare activities such as calligraphy and painting exhibitions, lectures, and speeches around such themes as summer classrooms, red culture education, and family tradition and education. In this way, the rural book houses are made truly “alive” to form good phenomena of the advanced leading the reading, the young and old reading together, and villagers reading the same book, thus enhancing the reading interest, cultural literacy and spiritual life of the masses.
