Step 1 謀篇布局

1. 時(shí)態(tài)：一般敘述用一般現(xiàn)在時(shí)和現(xiàn)在完成時(shí)，涉及歷史典故則用過去時(shí)。

2. 人稱：以第三人稱為主。

3. 說(shuō)明順序：一般從基本情況（地理位置、面積、人口）到延伸內(nèi)容（文化等）。

4. 文章結(jié)構(gòu)：第一部分引出介紹對(duì)象，第二部分具體說(shuō)明，第三部分作出總結(jié)。
