      AnalysisofthemainhealthresourcesallocationandfairnessofthecenterfordiseasecontrolandpreventioninanoldrevolutionarybaseareaofFujianProvince

      Abstract:The data of main health resources of CDC in an old revolutionary base area in Fujian province was collected, and the fairness of resource allocation was analyzed by the concentration index and Gini coefficient.The research results show that,by 2021,the CDC has 317 employees, mainly college degree.The annual income has increased significantly, and the allocation of material resources has been significantly improved.However, the concentration index of major health resource allocation is almost all greater than 0.1, and there is a tendency to better economic regions.The fairness of allocation by population distribution or allocation by geographical area is better. The CDC of an old revolutionary base area in Fujian Province should improve the total amount of health resources of the CDC and optimize the allocation of health resources according to local conditions, so as to build a solid foundation for the construction of the public health system.

      Abstract:Aesthetic education is the whole-person education concerning the overall development of human sensibility and rationality, and has an irreplaceable function of nurturing people. The course of English for Medical Humanities incorporates aesthetic education. However, there exist problems in implementing its aesthetic education, such as vague teaching goals of aesthetic education, students insufficient understanding of the importance of aesthetic education, inadequate class time, and imperfect setting of course content. Based on Maxine Greene’s concept of " Wide-Awakeness" on aesthetic education, a path to carry out aesthetic education in the course of English for Medical Humanities is constructed to cultivate students’ aesthetic and empathetic abilities and correct values on life by clarifying the objectives of aesthetic education in the course, establishing a threefold principle of overall aesthetic education, which integrates language and culture (humanities), medical science as well as values, and adopting online-offline blended mode in classroom learning and extracurricular activities, in which teachers and students conduct aesthetic education together.

      Abstract:The sense of gain is an important dimension to measure the teaching quality of ideological and political courses.This paper make the connotation of quantitative evaluation of sense of gain in double-line teaching of ideological and political courses,take the double-line teaching of university as an example,explore college students’ sense of ideological and political gain.It found that though the college students’ perception of the dual line of ideological and political is well,the dominant sense of gain is in the middle level, and the implicit sense of gain is reflected.there are still some pain points and difficulties in teaching, such as low head-up rate, weak structural sense of theoretical acquisition, and insufficient awareness of externalization of audience behavior.It is very necessary to make breakthroughs in stimulating the student’s learning needs of "subjective presence", elaborate the latest theoretical achievements of Marxism in China and strengthen teaching empowerment,reforme teaching evaluation,improve the teaching strength of teachers of ideological and political courses and the behavioral externalization ability of students’ learning of ideological and political courses.
