淄博市高青縣青城學區(qū)碼頭小學是一所沿黃鄉(xiāng)村小學，學生來自轄區(qū)的22個自然村，共有三個年級。近年來，隨著經濟社會發(fā)展和學校布局調整，這所曾有百年建校史、最多時有600余名學生的碼頭小學，目前僅有26名學生，成為高青縣為數(shù)不多的鄉(xiāng)村“微小學”之一。

2020年8月，原本在菏澤市單縣任教五年且符合回調政策的張衛(wèi)衛(wèi)，為照顧身體殘疾的母親，決定和丈夫杜承國回到家鄉(xiāng)高青縣工作，并且主動申請到偏遠的碼頭小學任教，至今已近4年。

張衛(wèi)衛(wèi)在家中姐妹三人中排行老大，上初中時因交不起學費差點輟學，是她的老師一直默默資助她完成學業(yè)。這件事在她心中埋下了感恩老師、回饋社會的種子，成為她選擇來這所“微小學”的另一個重要原因。

碼頭小學距離高青縣城22公里，西靠黃河，地處偏遠，當?shù)剞r民祖祖輩輩依靠種地生活，集體經濟薄弱。在校學生家庭情況各異，綜合素質有所欠缺，教學難以取得明顯成效。越是如此，就越需要多一份責任與堅守。杜承國和張衛(wèi)衛(wèi)來到學校后，成為15名教師中最年輕的力量，為教師隊伍注入了活力?！岸懦袊c張衛(wèi)衛(wèi)二人年紀輕且學歷高，思維活躍，工作積極上進，教學成績不斷提高，是學校的中堅力量?！毙ｉL李軍對他們的工作給予高度評價。

在完成主科教學工作之余，杜承國和張衛(wèi)衛(wèi)特別喜歡和孩子們一起跑操、踢球、玩游戲，還會給他們講述黃河的故事。就這樣，在更和諧的師生關系中，孩子們的學習成績也在不知不覺間逐步提高了。

2021年11月，杜承國在高青縣義務教育青年教師課堂教學大賽中獲得小學語文組一等獎；2022年9月，張衛(wèi)衛(wèi)被評為“全縣在教育教學、科研和管理方面表現(xiàn)突出教師”。

根據(jù)縣里學校布局調整，再過不久，碼頭小學將并入青城學區(qū)中心小學，學生就讀環(huán)境和教師工作環(huán)境將得到改善。到時，杜承國、張衛(wèi)衛(wèi)離家就更近了，上下班也會方便很多。

引路在腳下，追夢向前方。杜承國、張衛(wèi)衛(wèi)表示：“我們都是農村出來的孩子，深知農村生活的艱辛，無論未來如何變化，只要孩子們需要，我們便扎根鄉(xiāng)村，傾心教學，托舉起他們的未來與希望?！?/p>

Rural Revitalization by Cultivation of Students

Quay Primary School in Qingcheng School District， Gaoqing County， Zibo， is a rural primary school along the Yellow River. Its students come from 22 natural villages therein， and respectively study at three grades. In recent years， with socioeconomic development and school layout adjustments， the century-old primary school with a maximum of over 600 students in the past only has 26 students now， becoming one of the few rural “micro primary schools”in Gaoqing County.

In August 2020， Zhang Wei- wei， who had served as a teacher in Shanxian County， Heze for five years， and conformed to the policy of transferring back， decided to return to work in her hometown Gaoqing with her husband Du Chengguo in order to look after her physically disabled mother， and voluntarily applied for teaching at the remote Quay Primary School. So far， she has worked at the school for nearly four years.

In November 2021， Du Chengguo won the first prize in primary Chinese at the Gaoqing Classroom Teaching Competition for Young Teachers in Compulsory Education； in September 2022， Zhang Weiwei was rated as an “Outstanding Teacher in Education Teaching， Scientific Research and Management of the County”.

Du Chengguo and Zhang Weiwei said， “We both come from the countryside， and know very well the hardship of rural life. No matter how the future will change， for as long as students have needs， we will take root in the countryside， devote ourselves to teaching， and support rural children’s future and hope.”
