10月16日，2024年度濟(jì)南市產(chǎn)業(yè)教授（導(dǎo)師）聘任儀式舉行，100名高層次專家人才受聘濟(jì)南市首批產(chǎn)業(yè)教授（導(dǎo)師）。

活動(dòng)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)，中共濟(jì)南市委組織部負(fù)責(zé)同志宣讀2024年度濟(jì)南市產(chǎn)業(yè)教授（導(dǎo)師）人選名單。山東大學(xué)、濟(jì)南大學(xué)、齊魯工業(yè)大學(xué)（山東省科學(xué)院）、山東建筑大學(xué)、山東中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)、山東師范大學(xué)、山東財(cái)經(jīng)大學(xué)、山東第一醫(yī)科大學(xué)、山東交通學(xué)院9所接收高校與產(chǎn)業(yè)教授（導(dǎo)師）代表簽訂協(xié)議。濟(jì)南市及駐濟(jì)高校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)共同為產(chǎn)業(yè)教授（導(dǎo)師）代表頒發(fā)聘書(shū)。

會(huì)議指出，開(kāi)展產(chǎn)業(yè)教授（導(dǎo)師）選聘工作，是濟(jì)南市深入實(shí)施人才強(qiáng)省會(huì)戰(zhàn)略，促進(jìn)人才鏈、教育鏈、產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈、創(chuàng)新鏈深度融合的創(chuàng)新舉措。本次選聘的100名人才，都是長(zhǎng)期活躍在生產(chǎn)科研一線的優(yōu)秀專家，在相關(guān)領(lǐng)域造詣?shì)^高、業(yè)績(jī)突出。大家要在產(chǎn)業(yè)教授（導(dǎo)師）的崗位上認(rèn)真履職盡責(zé)、大膽施展才干。

會(huì)議要求，各聘任高校、各派出單位要做好對(duì)接，加強(qiáng)管理，做好服務(wù)保障，為產(chǎn)業(yè)教授（導(dǎo)師）順利開(kāi)展工作創(chuàng)造良好條件。濟(jì)南市委人才辦要會(huì)同相關(guān)單位，認(rèn)真落實(shí)各項(xiàng)支持政策，及時(shí)協(xié)調(diào)解決實(shí)際問(wèn)題，為校企合作深入開(kāi)展保駕護(hù)航。

On October 16， the 2024 Appointment Ceremony for Jinan’s Industry Professors （Mentors） took place， during which 100 high-caliber experts and talents were appointed as the inaugural cohort of Jinan Industry Professors （Mentors）.

At the ceremony， a senior official from the Organization Department of the CPC Jinan Municipal Committee announced the list of appointees for the 2024 Jinan Industry Professors （Mentors）. Subsequently， nine hosting universities entered into agreements with the representatives of the newly appointed Industry Professors （Mentors）.

The meeting highlighted that the selection and appointment of industry professors （mentors） represents an innovative approach by Jinan City to reinforce its talent-driven provincial capital strategy. This initiative aims to foster the deep integration of the talent chain， educational chain， industrial chain， and innovation chain. The 100 individuals selected for this program are distinguished experts with extensive experience in production and research， renowned for their significant contributions and exceptional achievements in their respective fields. They are expected to diligently fulfill their responsibilities and confidently showcase their expertise in their roles as industry professors （mentors）.
