濟(jì)南市外國(guó)專家榮獲2024年度中國(guó)政府友誼獎(jiǎng)

2024年度中國(guó)政府友誼獎(jiǎng)?lì)C獎(jiǎng)儀式于9月30日在人民大會(huì)堂舉行。濟(jì)南市俄羅斯籍外國(guó)專家亞歷山大·賴科夫先生獲此殊榮。亞歷山大·賴科夫先生為新一代信息技術(shù)領(lǐng)域?qū)＜遥?022年起全職擔(dān)任濟(jì)南超級(jí)計(jì)算技術(shù)研究院首席科學(xué)家，承擔(dān)國(guó)家級(jí)科研項(xiàng)目2項(xiàng)，依托“濟(jì)南市高性能工業(yè)軟件重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室”“濟(jì)南市視頻與視覺(jué)技術(shù)重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室”“賴科夫院士工作室”等平臺(tái)，帶領(lǐng)團(tuán)隊(duì)從事人工智能算法研究、光學(xué)人工智能基礎(chǔ)理論與應(yīng)用研究?？蒲谐晒言诨ぁ撹F、數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)等行業(yè)落地應(yīng)用，幫助企業(yè)解決多項(xiàng)關(guān)鍵技術(shù)難題。

中國(guó)政府友誼獎(jiǎng)是中國(guó)政府為表彰在中國(guó)現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)和改革開(kāi)放事業(yè)中作出突出貢獻(xiàn)的外國(guó)專家而設(shè)立的最高獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)。近年來(lái)，濟(jì)南市已有11位外國(guó)專家榮獲中國(guó)政府友誼獎(jiǎng)，體現(xiàn)出國(guó)家對(duì)濟(jì)南市外國(guó)專家在推動(dòng)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展、新時(shí)代社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化強(qiáng)省會(huì)建設(shè)中所作貢獻(xiàn)的高度認(rèn)可。

The 2024 Ceremony of the Chinese Government Friendship Award was held at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing on September 30. Prof. Alexander Rykov， a Russian national and foreign expert based in Jinan， was honored with the award. Mr. Alexander Rykov is an expert in new-generation information technology and has served as the chief scientist at the Jinan Institute of Supercomputing Technology since 2022. He has undertaken two national-level scientific research projects and leads a team focused on artificial intelligence algorithm research and the foundational theory and applications of optical artificial intelligence. His research outcomes have been implemented across various key industries， including chemicals， steel， and the digital economy， helping enterprises overcome numerous technical challenges.
