To laugh is to risk appearing a fool;

To weep is to risk appearing sentimental;

To reach out for another is to risk involvement.

To expose feelings is to risk rejection;

To place your dreams before the crowd is to risk ridicule;

To love is to risk not being loved in return;

To go forward in the face of overwhelming odds is to risk failure;

But risks must be taken because the greatest hazard in life is to risk nothing;

The person who risks nothing does nothing,has nothing,is nothing;

He may avoid suffering and sorrow,but he cannot learn,feel,change,grow or love;

Chained by his certitudes,he is a slave,he has forfeited his freedom;

Only a person who takes risks is free.

大笑，會(huì)冒顯得傻氣的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)；

哭泣，會(huì)冒顯得傷感的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)；

接觸他人他事，會(huì)冒受牽連的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)；

吐露心聲，會(huì)冒不被認(rèn)同的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)；

向大家說(shuō)出自己的夢(mèng)想，會(huì)冒遭人奚落的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)；

去愛(ài)，會(huì)冒沒(méi)有愛(ài)的回應(yīng)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)；

面對(duì)機(jī)會(huì)勇往直前，會(huì)冒失敗的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。

但是，險(xiǎn)是一定要冒的，因?yàn)槿松凶畲蟮奈ｋU(xiǎn)的是不冒任何風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。

不冒任何風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的人將一事無(wú)成，一無(wú)所有，一無(wú)是處。

他或許能躲避痛苦與悲傷，卻無(wú)從學(xué)習(xí)、體驗(yàn)、蛻變、成長(zhǎng)和去愛(ài)。

不出任何差錯(cuò)的心態(tài)牽制著他，那他就是個(gè)喪失自由的奴隸，

只有敢去冒險(xiǎn)的人才是自由的。
