摘 要:本文利用作圖法,基于車輛的整車參數(shù)、發(fā)動機特性參數(shù)、變速箱參數(shù),對車輛的動力性和經(jīng)濟性換擋曲線進行了設(shè)計;并根據(jù)駕駛經(jīng)驗對換擋曲線進行優(yōu)化。通過仿真計算表明,動力性換擋曲線使車輛具有較好的加速性能;在整車循環(huán)工況下,經(jīng)濟性換擋曲線使車輛具有較好的燃油經(jīng)濟性。

Abstract: The paper used the mapping method, dynamic and economic shifting curve of the vehicle was designed, based on the whole vehicle parameters, the parameters of engine and transmission. And the shifting curve was made to optimize according to the driving experience. Simulation results show that, the power shift curve so that the vehicle has good acceleration performance; Economic shift curve makes the vehicle has better fuel economy in the vehicle driving cycle.
自動變速器的換擋曲線是自動變速的核心,文中通過對換擋曲線進行設(shè)計和理論分析,驗證了所設(shè)計的換擋曲線的合理性,并提出優(yōu)化方法。
5 結(jié)論
本文通過作圖法對該車型的動力性模式和經(jīng)濟性模式換擋曲線分別進行了設(shè)計,并根據(jù)駕駛經(jīng)驗進行優(yōu)化設(shè)計,為后期的換擋曲線標定奠定了理論基礎(chǔ)。
通過仿真計算,兩種模式的換擋曲線的計算結(jié)果均能達到預期值;動力性換擋曲線的加速性優(yōu)勢較為明顯;在整車動力性滿足的情況下,經(jīng)濟性換擋曲線的綜合油耗比動力性換擋曲線節(jié)油約14%,說明經(jīng)濟性換擋曲線具有良好的燃油經(jīng)濟性。
