惡性黑色素瘤的細(xì)胞免疫治療研究進(jìn)展

[摘要] 惡性黑色素瘤是一種惡性程度極高且發(fā)病率持續(xù)增長的腫瘤，對術(shù)后輔助放、化療不敏感，預(yù)后較差。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)，惡性黑色素瘤為免疫原性較高的腫瘤，因此，腫瘤生物治療得到廣泛應(yīng)用，細(xì)胞免疫治療已成為惡性黑色素瘤個體化綜合治療的重要組成部分及研究熱點(diǎn)。本文就惡性黑色素瘤的細(xì)胞免疫治療研究進(jìn)展作一綜述。

Research progress on cell immunotherapy of malignant melanoma

[Abstract] Malignant melanoma is among the most lethal of the cutaneous neoplasms，and the incidence of it has been rising over the past few decades Malignant melanoma is not sensitive to chemotherapy and radiation therapy，and has a poor prognosis.Studies found that malignant melanoma shows a high immunogenicity，therefore，tumor biologic therapy is widely applicated.Cell immunotherapy has become an important part of individualizedly systematic treatment and research hot spot.In this paper，research progress on cell immunotherapy of malignant melanoma was reviewed.
