周義剛
〔摘要〕語(yǔ)義網(wǎng)下的各個(gè)領(lǐng)域中普通存在著動(dòng)態(tài)知識(shí),如何解決動(dòng)態(tài)知識(shí)管理問(wèn)題是當(dāng)前的一個(gè)重要課題。本文在分析了本體在解決動(dòng)態(tài)知識(shí)管理問(wèn)題的不足后,分別對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外動(dòng)態(tài)知識(shí)管理解決方案和研究成果進(jìn)行了梳理,最后總結(jié)了現(xiàn)有研究存在的問(wèn)題和可借鑒之處。

隨著語(yǔ)義網(wǎng)的不斷發(fā)展,以及本體技術(shù)研究的不斷深入,本體在各個(gè)領(lǐng)域得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用。本體作為一種在語(yǔ)義和知識(shí)層次上描述信息系統(tǒng)概念模型的建模工具,可準(zhǔn)確地描述概念含義及概念之間的內(nèi)在關(guān)聯(lián),并通過(guò)邏輯推理獲取概念之間蘊(yùn)涵的關(guān)系,具有很強(qiáng)的表達(dá)概念語(yǔ)義和推理的能力,能有效解決知識(shí)的共享和復(fù)用問(wèn)題。但是目前基于本體的知識(shí)管理僅僅局限于靜態(tài)知識(shí)和絕對(duì)知識(shí),對(duì)于知識(shí)的真實(shí)性、權(quán)威性這些問(wèn)題還沒(méi)有明確的解決方案。本文在分析了本體在解決動(dòng)態(tài)知識(shí)管理問(wèn)題的不足后,對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外的動(dòng)態(tài)知識(shí)管理解決方案進(jìn)行了梳理,并總結(jié)了現(xiàn)有研究的問(wèn)題及可借鑒之處。
1本體在解決動(dòng)態(tài)知識(shí)管理時(shí)的不足
1.1問(wèn)題描述
動(dòng)態(tài)知識(shí)指的是隨時(shí)間或情境(condition/situation)的延續(xù)或變化,用于揭示知識(shí)內(nèi)涵的特征屬性的狀態(tài),以及這些特征屬性之間的關(guān)系都會(huì)隨之演化的知識(shí)[1]。動(dòng)態(tài)知識(shí)廣泛存在于各個(gè)領(lǐng)域。例如,對(duì)于電子政務(wù)領(lǐng)域中的電子檔案來(lái)說(shuō),它往往是動(dòng)態(tài)變化的:由于國(guó)內(nèi)外形勢(shì)的變化,各種政策的創(chuàng)建、修改甚至否定都非常普遍,如對(duì)于“住房問(wèn)題”,中央曾經(jīng)在2001年發(fā)布一個(gè)政策文件,湖北省針對(duì)這個(gè)政策文件在2002年制定了自己適合本省情況的省一級(jí)別的政策,其中包括對(duì)中央政策的貫徹,以及一些省一級(jí)的地方情況條款。2003年,湖北省又頒布了2002年政策的“增修條款”。這是一種動(dòng)態(tài)知識(shí)。在數(shù)字圖書(shū)館服務(wù)領(lǐng)域,不同用戶(hù)的位置、興趣、愛(ài)好都會(huì)隨著時(shí)間的變化而變化,最典型的是用戶(hù)位置的變化,導(dǎo)致IP地址脫離原有機(jī)構(gòu)的合法IP段,超出資源使用權(quán)限范圍,需使用代理服務(wù)器或VPN的方式使用資源。這里,隨著位置的變化,用戶(hù)使用資源的方式不同,也是一種動(dòng)態(tài)知識(shí)。
3結(jié)語(yǔ)
從國(guó)內(nèi)外動(dòng)態(tài)知識(shí)管理研究現(xiàn)狀來(lái)看,主要呈現(xiàn)出3個(gè)不同的思路:一是在現(xiàn)有的語(yǔ)義網(wǎng)框架內(nèi)來(lái)解決動(dòng)態(tài)知識(shí)管理問(wèn)題,但是在知識(shí)表達(dá)能力和知識(shí)推理功能上比較欠缺;二是通過(guò)引入新的類(lèi)和屬性來(lái)描述動(dòng)態(tài)知識(shí),但同時(shí)帶來(lái)了很多的冗余數(shù)據(jù),雖然知識(shí)描述的問(wèn)題解決了,卻給知識(shí)存儲(chǔ)帶來(lái)了困難,也為之后的知識(shí)檢索服務(wù)造成了性能上的障礙;三是通過(guò)擴(kuò)展三元組的物理結(jié)構(gòu),即引入第四元、第五元節(jié)點(diǎn)來(lái)接解決動(dòng)態(tài)知識(shí)問(wèn)題,但始終滿(mǎn)足不了更為復(fù)雜的動(dòng)態(tài)知識(shí)管理問(wèn)題。
當(dāng)然現(xiàn)有的研究成果也有很多可以借鑒的地方,如在動(dòng)態(tài)知識(shí)表示方面可采用擴(kuò)展OWL詞表的方式,在動(dòng)態(tài)知識(shí)存儲(chǔ)方面可選擇既支持RDF三元組結(jié)構(gòu)存儲(chǔ)又提供擴(kuò)展字段的服務(wù)器等等。
語(yǔ)義網(wǎng)下的動(dòng)態(tài)知識(shí)管理問(wèn)題是當(dāng)前語(yǔ)義實(shí)踐的現(xiàn)實(shí)需求,鑒于本體不足以很好地解決動(dòng)態(tài)知識(shí)管理問(wèn)題,且語(yǔ)義網(wǎng)中目前尚缺少一個(gè)全面的、統(tǒng)一的動(dòng)態(tài)知識(shí)管理問(wèn)題解決方案。因此有必要深入分析語(yǔ)義網(wǎng)下動(dòng)態(tài)知識(shí)的特點(diǎn),結(jié)合現(xiàn)有語(yǔ)義網(wǎng)技術(shù),提出一個(gè)更好的動(dòng)態(tài)知識(shí)管理解決方案。
