重慶兩江新區(qū)龍盛片區(qū)的總部基地建設正吸引海內外投資者的強烈關注，作為全市10個重點打造的城市新興區(qū)域，兩江新區(qū)通過產城融合、生態(tài)智能的理念強力推進該片區(qū)的建設。7月2日，位于兩江新區(qū)龍興工業(yè)園的兩江總部智慧生態(tài)城全面啟動，為各類企業(yè)總部入駐帶來更便利、更低碳、更智能、更優(yōu)惠的成長環(huán)境。

目前，占地1.3平方公里、總投資超過60億元、總建筑規(guī)模超過120萬平方米的兩江總部智慧生態(tài)城一期70萬平米已建設完成。該項目建設模式為“智慧城+生態(tài)城”，入駐企業(yè)不僅將享受產業(yè)云服務，智慧環(huán)保節(jié)水系統(tǒng)，智慧出行等智能應用，還將享受最大的政策優(yōu)惠和專項資金扶持。

智慧新城將以江北嘴、悅來新城、禮嘉新城、兩江總部智慧生態(tài)城為重點，體現“智慧+自然”的新城開發(fā)建設理念。兩江總部智慧生態(tài)城的順利開城，將讓入駐的企業(yè)和市民率先享受到智慧化帶來的便利，更將有力助推兩江新區(qū)城市智慧化建設。

Comprehensive Launch of Liangjiang Smart and Ecological Headquarter City

At present, the construction of the headquarter base in Longsheng Section, Liangjiang New Area, Chongqing has attracted great attention from investors home and abroad. Being one of the 10 key urban emerging sections in Chongqing,this section has been boosted with great effort from Liangjiang New Area under the concepts of industry-city integration and ecological intelligence. On July 2, Liangjiang Smart and Ecological Headquarter City was kicked off in Longxing Industrial Park, Liangjiang New Area, bringing a more convenient, low carbon, smart and favorable growth environment for entering headquarters of various enterprises.

Having completed the fi rst phase of 700,000 square meters, the Liangjiang Smart and Ecological Headquarter City covers an area of 1.3 square kilometers with a total investment over RMB 6 billion and a total fl oor area of over 1.2 million square meters. The construction mode of this project is “smart city plus eco-friendly city”, and any settled enterprise would enjoy not only cloud service, smart and environmental water conservation system and smart travel, but also the most favorable policies and specifi c funding.

The smart new city will focus on Jiangbeizhui, Yuelai New City, Lijia New City and Liangjiang Smart and Ecological Headquarter City and refl ect the new city development concept of “intelligence plus nature”. The operation of Liangjiang Smart and Ecological Headquarter City will on the one hand facilitate the settled enterprises and citizens with its smartness, and on the other hand assist in smart city construction in Liangjiang New Area.
