Wang Heping was born in 1955 whose ancestral home was Chizhou city， Anhui Province. He has been admitted into Anhui Vocational College of Art in 1972 and then he took advanced study in National Academy of Chinese Theatre Arts from 1985 to 1987 with the major of stage design. He used to teach at Anhui University， Anhui Vocational College of Art， etc. Now he is a member both of China Artists Association and Chinese Stage Artists Association， Director of Anhui Institute of Stage Design， etc. He has achieved great success in the fields of graphic design， painting and stage design and won a few grand prizes. There are more than 140 logos designed by Wang successfully put into use including the emblem of Chinese Crosstalk Festival， the poster of National Sports Meeting， etc.

汪和平，生于1955年，祖籍安徽池洲。1972年考入安徽藝術(shù)學(xué)校美術(shù)專業(yè)學(xué)習(xí)，1975年畢業(yè)留校任教。1985年至1987年在中國戲曲學(xué)院舞臺(tái)美術(shù)系學(xué)習(xí)。曾執(zhí)教安徽大學(xué)藝術(shù)學(xué)院、安徽藝術(shù)職業(yè)學(xué)院和安徽大學(xué)藝術(shù)與傳媒學(xué)院?，F(xiàn)為安徽三聯(lián)藝術(shù)學(xué)院院長。中國美術(shù)家協(xié)會(huì)會(huì)員，中國舞臺(tái)美術(shù)家學(xué)會(huì)會(huì)員，安徽省包裝技術(shù)協(xié)會(huì)設(shè)計(jì)委員會(huì)常委，安徽舞美學(xué)會(huì)常務(wù)理事，中國民盟安徽省委書畫院理事。

在平面設(shè)計(jì)、繪畫藝術(shù)、舞臺(tái)設(shè)計(jì)和展示藝術(shù)等諸多領(lǐng)域取得顯著成果。作品多次參加國內(nèi)外展覽并獲獎(jiǎng)，并被國內(nèi)外友人和畫廊收藏。特別是標(biāo)志設(shè)計(jì)，在全國和省內(nèi)外一些重大活動(dòng)和征集中多次獲獎(jiǎng)，并被多家媒體專訪和報(bào)道，被譽(yù)為“安徽標(biāo)志設(shè)計(jì)第一人”。設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)志被采用近140多個(gè)。曾成功設(shè)計(jì)了由中國文化部主辦的中國相聲節(jié)、第三屆全國小品大賽的會(huì)徽和吉祥物VIS整體設(shè)計(jì)。代表作品還有第四屆全國體育大會(huì)會(huì)徽和招貼畫。
