English idea is to develop new curriculum reform will listen， speak， and write "all-round talent，" but for a long time， unsatisfactory quality of English teaching in rural middle school， students' ability to use English is poor， most of the students there. "do not understand， can not say "problems，" the high test scores， hearing is deaf， dumb expression is "a very serious problem. The reason is mainly been overlooked in the cultivation of students' ability to use relaxation training in listening and speaking ability.

一、改變固有課堂教學(xué)模式，倡導(dǎo)聽說練習(xí)式

English teaching in the past， usually talk about words， then sentences and text analysis， during which although teachers with reading， students read the questions， but always lecturing based. Such teachers more time to teach， students less practice time， less time to digest. In order to enhance the training and speaking ability， I have taken the following measures：

1.1 以聽引路，活躍課堂。

Prior to award students to preview a new lesson instructor， understanding the words， leaving thinking questions， saving time for the classroom. 1.2.建立值日生匯報制度，給學(xué)生提供聽說的機會。

二、開辟英語教學(xué)的第二課堂，創(chuàng)造良好的訓(xùn)練環(huán)境

英語教學(xué)僅僅課堂教學(xué)是不夠的，還必須讓學(xué)生在課外多練。開辟英語教學(xué)的第二課能給學(xué)生創(chuàng)造一個良好的語言環(huán)境，為學(xué)生提供豐富多樣的練習(xí)機會。

2.1 創(chuàng)辦英語角

Rural middle school students how to get this opportunity to use English？ We use the "going out， please come in" approach. Through this activity， the students of higher learning motivation， and learning English is no longer considered for further studies.
