Liu Zhaoping was born in Qingdao， Shandong Province in 1950. Being once Editor-in-Chief of One Generation， a journal in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region， as well as President of Hohhot Painting Academy etc， he is now Member of China Artists Association， Vice President of Oriental Culture and Art Institute and Consultant of China Central Authorities Artists Association etc. He created the theoretical system of ink ecology for Traditional Chinese Painting.

劉兆平，1950年生于青島，曾任內(nèi)蒙古《這一代》主編，呼和浩特畫院院長，中國文化管理學(xué)會常務(wù)副會長?，F(xiàn)為中國美術(shù)家協(xié)會會員，文化部東方文化藝術(shù)院副院長兼國畫院院長，中央國家機(jī)關(guān)美術(shù)家協(xié)會藝術(shù)顧問。在中國畫藝術(shù)中開創(chuàng)水墨生態(tài)理論體系，踐行生態(tài)山水創(chuàng)作，已被列入中國文藝評論工程學(xué)術(shù)研究范例。
