規(guī)劃構(gòu)架曾水平展開，空間尺度力求舒展，視野開闊。規(guī)劃中心景觀軸將小區(qū)分為南北兩部分，組團景觀在建筑間形成收放，相互滲透。開敞空間與建筑相呼應，深入各個組群。建筑群體現(xiàn)技術(shù)革新所帶來的不斷克服地心引力而達到新的高度，表達出不斷超越的人文精神和力量。通過新穎的造型、艷麗奪目的色彩以及剛性材料的運用，成為一種現(xiàn)代藝術(shù)的符號。

In the master plan, buildings are laid out horizontally creating comfortably extending spaces with good open views. The central landscape axis divides the complex into south and north portions. Small-scale landscape gardens create semi-enclosed and semi-open spaces in between the buildings which are interconnected. Open space responds to the architecture and goes deep into each residential group. New height is achieved in this complex through technology innovation which constantly tries to challenge the constraint of gravity, expressing the spirit and strength of the determination always striving for the better. It becomes a symbol of modern art through creative form, radiant colors and the application of hard materials.
