該項目需要為各企業(yè)引進的人才提供約1000戶小型單身公寓，項目有其特殊性，是由政府開發(fā)，企業(yè)購買，引進青年人才居住，目標并非注重盈利，而是更愿意表達一種“招賢納士”的姿態(tài)以收取良好的社會效益以及聯(lián)動的經濟吸引力。其準確定位應該被描述成“人才+公寓”，必須承載特定受眾人群及其帶來的特定生活方式，并為這種生活方式樹立建筑模板，探索住區(qū)作為城市文明符號的可能性。

每一戶都有自然通風，有朝南的房間；每一戶都有樓上樓下，有獨立的起居室，在面積非常有限的情況下產生了多樣的空間類型。

對于本項目來說，這是一次以保障空間均衡為前提的空間資源和城市功能的再分配。而對于DC國際的設計師來說，這是一次對社會責任自我省視的過程，從而發(fā)現建筑理想和真實生活的差距。

The project is situated at the university zone in Ningbo, where the city's top talents are gathered. It is developed by the Ningbo government and purchased by various enterprises. The requirement is to offer 1000 small apartments for talents invited by the enterprises (people with higher education qualifications). The aim of this residential project is not the economic profitability, but the social benefits that can be achieved through expressing the government's "inviting" attitude towards talents. Different from common residential projects, it strives to ensure spatial justice in allocating public resources, which becomes the unique feature of the design.
