《中國海洋法學(xué)評(píng)論》稿約

《中國海洋法學(xué)評(píng)論》（China Oceans Law Review），ISSN：1813-7350，是由廈門大學(xué)海洋法與中國東南海疆研究中心、香港理工大學(xué)董浩云國際海事研究中心、臺(tái)灣中山大學(xué)海洋事務(wù)研究所、澳門大學(xué)高級(jí)法律研究所以及大連海事大學(xué)海法研究院兩岸四地五校聯(lián)合主辦，（香港）中國評(píng)論文化有限公司出版的海洋法領(lǐng)域中英雙語對(duì)照的優(yōu)秀國際學(xué)術(shù)期刊?！吨袊Ｑ蠓▽W(xué)評(píng)論》秉承“海納百川，有容乃大”的精神，力求刊發(fā)海內(nèi)外與海洋法律、海洋政策相關(guān)的一切研究成果，熱忱歡迎專家學(xué)者不吝賜稿，茲立稿約如下：

一、鼓勵(lì)英文著述，同一學(xué)術(shù)水準(zhǔn)稿件，英文著述將優(yōu)先錄用。

二、來稿形式不限，學(xué)術(shù)專論、評(píng)論、判解研究、譯作等均可，篇幅長短不拘，不考慮稿件作者的身份和以往學(xué)術(shù)經(jīng)歷，只有學(xué)術(shù)水準(zhǔn)和學(xué)術(shù)規(guī)范的要求。關(guān)于引證規(guī)范，請(qǐng)具體參見尾頁所附之引證體例。

三、來稿須同一語言下未曾在任何紙質(zhì)和電子媒介上發(fā)表。稿件請(qǐng)附中英文注明作者姓名、學(xué)位、工作單位及職務(wù)、職稱、研究領(lǐng)域和通訊方式等。來稿必復(fù)，編輯部在收到來稿兩個(gè)月內(nèi)將安排匿名審稿。屆時(shí)未接到錄用通知者，作者可自做他用。來稿一律不退，請(qǐng)作者自留底稿。

四、譯作請(qǐng)附寄原文，并附作者或出版者的翻譯書面授權(quán)許可。譯者需保證該譯本未侵犯作者或出版者的任何權(quán)利，并在可能的損害產(chǎn)生時(shí)自行承擔(dān)損害賠償責(zé)任。《中國海洋法學(xué)評(píng)論》編輯部及其任何成員不承擔(dān)由此產(chǎn)生的任何責(zé)任。

五、《中國海洋法學(xué)評(píng)論》歡迎對(duì)所刊文章的轉(zhuǎn)載、摘登、翻譯和結(jié)集出版，但應(yīng)尊重原作者依照《著作權(quán)法》享有的權(quán)利，并在實(shí)施轉(zhuǎn)載時(shí)注明“轉(zhuǎn)自《中國海洋法學(xué)評(píng)論》20xx年第x期”和原作者、譯校者署名，同時(shí)書面通知《中國海洋法學(xué)評(píng)論》編輯部。

六、為擴(kuò)大本刊及作者知識(shí)信息交流渠道，本刊已加入Westlaw China、北大法寶、臺(tái)灣華藝、維普、中國知網(wǎng)、超星法源、Heinonline等中外相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)庫，除非作者在來稿時(shí)聲明保留，否則即視為同意《中國海洋法學(xué)評(píng)論》擁有以非專有方式向第三人授予已刊作品電子出版權(quán)、信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳播權(quán)和數(shù)字化匯編、復(fù)制權(quán)；和向《中國社會(huì)科學(xué)文摘》、《高等學(xué)校文科學(xué)術(shù)文摘》和中國人民大學(xué)書報(bào)復(fù)印資料等文摘類刊物推薦轉(zhuǎn)載已刊作品的權(quán)利。

七、《中國海洋法學(xué)評(píng)論》實(shí)行雙向匿名審稿制度。來稿一經(jīng)刊用，即從優(yōu)支付稿酬，并提供樣書兩冊，無需版面費(fèi)。

八、凡向《中國海洋法學(xué)評(píng)論》編輯部投稿，即視為接受本稿約。來稿請(qǐng)寄電子郵箱：colr@xmu.edu.cn。為了實(shí)現(xiàn)辦公信息化，要求作者必須以電子郵件方式投稿，本刊不再接受紙質(zhì)投稿。

China Oceans Law Review Call For Papers

China Oceans Law Review (COLR - ISSN：1813-7350) is a compilation of research focusing on ocean-related laws and policies. This Chinese-English bilingual journal is jointly hosted by Xiamen University, Hong Kong Polytechnic University, University of Macau Institute for Advanced Legal Studies, (Taiwan) Sun Yat-sen University Institute of Marine Af f airs and Dalian Maritime University Institute of Maritime Law and Ocean Law, and is published semi-annually. Beginning from Spring 2011，COLR is indexed by Westlaw China, Lawinfochina. com, Airiti, Cqvip and Heinonline.

Papers from all academics and industry practitioners are faithfully respected and welcomed. The agreements for all contributors are as follows:

1. There are no restrictions on the style, idea, perspective or length of the paper.

2. Potential contributors are expected to provide personal information; including your name, degree, occupation, and contact information.

3. Please strictly follow the format for academic writings which can be referred to in the “China Oceans Law Review Writing Format” in the appendix of COLR.

4. If your paper is a translation from other professionals, please attach the original paper and literary authority license from the original publisher.

5. Authors are responsible for the text of their contribution, unless declared otherwise. The editorial office reserves the discretion to edit the textual detail.

6. Submissions are subject to double-blind peer review within two months of submission. Authors of selected papers will be paid in a lump-sum. Two free copies of sample books will be of f ered to the author.

7. Submission of an article implies that the authors have read, understood and agreed to the above statements.
