      Traditional Literature’s Influence on the Development of Chinese Cultural Schools

      The viewpoint of traditional literary development manifests the general rules for the development of human and society in detail and fully expounds the influence of people’s own quality on the society.The practical significance and the value of the development of Chinese traditional literature help promote the overall development of Chinese cultural schools and realize the new situation of derivation and development of traditional,humanistic,ecological and social Chinese cultural schools.〔1〕This is the specific manifestation of traditional literary thought that promotes the diversified development of today’s Chinese social and cultural schools.It also lays a solid foundation for the innovational development of cultural schools.

      Ⅰ.The emergence of Chinese modern cultural schools taking sinology as opportunity

      1.Seeking the sinology reflecting the development of Chinese cultural traditional schools

      The core viewpoint of the development of Chinese traditional literature is the common development of kindness,righteousness,propriety,wisdom and trustworthiness.They reflect people’s social quality and development value to strengthen the role of people in social development.In the development of contemporary Chinese cultural schools,the core ideas of kindness,righteousness,propriety,wisdom and trustworthiness are integrated effectively.Therefore,the traditional cultural schools are derived and the traditional literature core values can also be developed.〔2〕The core development thought of traditional literature has been fused thoroughly,which shows that the development of cultural schools owns not only traditional characteristics but also new features of traditional literatures’ innovative development.

      2.The development of Chinese social cultural schools under the influence of sinology

      Nowadays,Chinese development trend of social culture learns more and more from the traditional literature.The thought of traditional literature development plays a more important role in the development of Chinese cultural schools.As an important part,cultivating the social moral consciousness and cognitive psychology in traditional literary works highlights the significant role of social and moral quality to social development,which shows the impetus formed by the social and cultural construction of traditional literary concepts.Based on the development of sinology,they play a leading role in the comprehensive development of morality in today’s Chinese cultural schools,such as Di Zi Gui (standards for students) and other traditional cultural works.Therefore,moral and cultural schools have achieved considerable progress,which owes to the deep penetration of traditional literary concept of development.The representative thoughts of traditional literary works can also adapt to the new needs of current social cultural development.The traditional literary thoughts should be innovated from a micro perspective and the respect for traditional literatures should be highlighted.

      Ⅱ.New trend of contemporary schools’ development with Confucian literary studies

      1.Highlighting the development concept of mutual learning and constructing Chinese learning cultural schools

      It can be seen from the development concept of Confucian literature that the universality of learners and the depth of exploration are emphasized.The Analects of Confucius pointed out that “If three of us are walking together,at least one is good enough to be my teacher.Learn from the good qualities and correct the shortcomings.” It means that mutual learning should be fully encouraged and self-learning can become the fundamental factor of the formation of subjective initiative that promotes social development.Learning cultural school therefore arises during the overall development of contemporary Chinese culture.The development view of mutual learning is highlighted and its role in social development is further embodied,which produce a positive effect on the comprehensive development of social culture.This is an important achievement in the study of Confucian culture and a further interpretation of the intrinsic value of cultural schools〔3〕.In addition,the Confucian literature also reflects learning’s function of development,emphasizing learning as fundamental.Therefore,contemporary Chinese cultural learning school becomes one of the representative cultural schools of the inheritance and development of Confucian literature.

      2.Promoting the innovative development of humanistic cultural schools based on quality development

      The traditional Confucian literatures generally reflect the overall development of people’s external quality from inner cultivation.For example,“In the application of the rites,harmony is to be prized” from Xue Er of the Analects of Confucius shows that the fundamental goal of application is the harmonious development of society and puts forward higher requirements for the formation of people’s inner social cognitive and psychological quality.At the same time,Yong Ye of the Analects of Confucius also records that “The doctrine of mean is the highest level of moral”.They express the effective role of people’s moral quality in social development,including both the positive and negative effects.This idea is therefore inherited and developed widely in Chinese cultural inheritance and development,which makes the humanistic cultural school spring up.The research on the humanistic thought of traditional Confucian literature have been encouraged in contemporary Chinese cultural schools,which makes the development of social humanistic school more concrete.〔4〕This is the positive role of the Confucian literature thought in developing Chinese contemporary cultural schools.It can also reflect the promoting effect of humanistic cultural schools on cultural development.Therefore,innovation also obtains continuous improvement and is able to meet the new requirements of Chinese social and cultural innovation and development.

      3.Paying attention to the social function to promote the heritance and development of Chinese cultural schools

      The Confucian literary thought emphasizes the development relationship between people and society.It also elaborates necessary connection between people’s self-cultivation and social macro development.Because the social role of people in Confucian literature can be fully reflected,the social school,which emphasizes the two aspects of social value and influence,is formed in Chinese cultural schools.Pay attention to the contribution to social development based on self development so as to have an important impact on promoting social progress.〔5〕Therefore,a new school of the thought has formed in Chinese cultural schools,reflecting the basic idea and concept of social development’s function and core.Develop the traditional literary thought in modern culture.Maximize people’s social value of development and form a motivation at cultural level to the progress of Chinese social environment.Then encourage the social effect and significance of Chinese traditional culture to be more specific.Once the value and role of traditional literary thought are sublimated,the promoting effect of Chinese cultural social schools would be explored deeply.

      Ⅲ.The influence of traditional literary diversification on Chinese modern cultural innovation

      1.Constructing Chinese natural schools on the basis of “Taoism follows nature”

      “Taoism follows nature” is the main idea in the thought of Chinese traditional culture.The representative literary work Zhuang Zi stresses the importance of culture for social development.〔6〕In “Taoism follows nature”,“Tao” means the thought and idea and “nature” refers to the general rule.This thought mainly holds that the formation of thought should be based on the natural law of social development,and the formation and features can not be surpassed and destructed.During the development process of contemporary Chinese cultural schools,the development of Taoism literature has been potentially studied.The natural cultural school has achieved considerable progress and development.In terms of the general law of the formation of social culture,the natural cultural school follows the law of the formation of social things and makes a new definition of the innovation of Chinese cultural development.Summarize and explore the general characteristics of thoughts and express the basic trend of the development of society.At the same time,further innovate in the development factors of traditional culture in order to meet the overall requirements of modern Chinese social and cultural development.In such a development perspective,Taoist thought of literary development has been actively penetrated in the schools of modern Chinese culture.The view of natural cultural school is also further innovated in the traditional development thought of literature and forms a new direction for the inheritance and development of traditional literatures.

      2.Advocating the formation of humanist cultural school based on fundamental development

      The traditional literary concept of development shows that social development is always the basic goal of literary views,which reflects the basic social ideology and provides concrete ideas for reform and development at the same time.The will of social development of people,becomes the motivation as well as a symbol of social progress.The traditional literary works reflect the main role of people in social development.For example,The Book of Rites expresses the direct influence of social morality on social development.It puts forward new requirements to enhance people’s value of social development to make positive effect on their subjective consciousness and initiative.〔7〕Chinese humanism school has been developed during the inheritance of traditional literary thought.Emphasize people’s subjectivity and fundamentality of promoting social development and maximize the social value of people from the cultural perspective to realize the new situation of Chinese cultural schools,to meet the new pattern of all-perspective and three-dimensional development,to vigorously promote the development of Chinese cultural schools that take people’s social development as fundamental subject to perfect the subjective factors on the development of Chinese culture.

      3.The derivation and development of Chinese cultural ecological school based on the creation and inheritance of spirit

      It can be concluded from the fundamental characteristics of the development of traditional Chinese literature that the basic idea of literary works takes spiritual culture as the starting point,reflecting the multiple aspects of patriotism and moral spirit and so on.This is the reason why Chinese traditional literature can play an important role in the development of today’s social culture.In view of the inheritance and development of traditional literary spirit,ecological cultural school gets innovation and development.The core idea is to strengthen the spiritual elements in social cultural constitution based on the spiritual creation.Expect for a beautiful society and make the overall development of social culture the basic element of social development and optimization.In traditional literary works,it is the basis of social value that can spread in today’s society and the key element of the literary development idea to form a new pattern.The thought of ecological development plays an important role in promoting the process of social development.Therefore,Chinese ecological cultural school becomes a new branch of today’s traditional literary thought,which can be a powerful motivation in the whole development of Chinese society and culture,and the development view of cultural schools has its own uniqueness.

      Ⅳ.Emergence of Chinese cultural value school emphasized on concept creation

      The macro development thought from the general law of the development of traditional Chinese literature mainly lies in two aspects:first,to express the feeling to society,reflecting positive or negative emotions to the secular situation;〔8〕second,to propose new requirements to people’s own cultivation of quality,character and inner consciousness,representing the motivational role of people’s social psychology in its progress.This is the overall expression of the creation of Chinese traditional literary concept and is also another main feature of the macro summary of traditional literature.The inheritance and development of this characteristic promotes the overall development of Chinese cultural value school.It pays attention to the research on the value and effect of culture,which makes the development of contemporary culture own the basic characteristics of the traditional one and directly influence the optimization of overall development.It is also one of the key elements that make contemporary Chinese culture diversified.The value effect of culture has been further explored,which prompts the formation of contemporary culture’s leading role in social development and shows the innovation and development of cultural schools.It provides a micro foundation for promoting the cultural elements of Chinese schools to be highly branched,diversified and three-dimensional,which can meet the new requirements of the development of Chinese social cultural schools.

      Ⅴ.Conclusion

      From the overall direction of Chinese contemporary development of cultural diversity,the intrinsic function and value of traditional literary development are prominent.In Confucian literature,the intrinsic link between people and society has been fully proved and the humanistic,social and cultural schools have made considerable progress.In the traditional development form of contention of different schools,the diversification of literary thought also lays foundation for the comprehensive and microscopic development of Chinese cultural schools to reflect the new characteristics of the inheritance and development of traditional literature,which drives Chinese cultural schools forward in an all roundway.

      Known as sinology in today’s social and cultural development,the Chinese traditional literature has a certain effect on the age.Combined with the view on people’s social value development in traditional literature and explore today’s development of social and cultural schools,the basic embodiment of traditional and social moral schools as the innovation and development of Chinese cultural schools can be summed up.From the traditional Confucian literary concept of development,it can be seen that the specific viewpoint of social development has promoted the innovation and development of Chinese humanistic and social cultural schools.Having the trend of diversification,Chinese traditional literature has a three-dimensional impact on the Chinese cultural schools and also provides a powerful impetus for the diversified development of Chinese cultural schools.
