摘 要:對(duì)低品質(zhì)煤提質(zhì)前后理化特性、燃燒氣化反應(yīng)特性等進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)研究:利用水熱、微波等改性方法對(duì)褐煤進(jìn)行了提質(zhì)處理,分析了褐煤提質(zhì)前后煤質(zhì)特性、孔隙結(jié)構(gòu)、燃燒氣化裂解特性,獲得了典型低品質(zhì)煤提質(zhì)前后理化特性和熱解、氣化、燃燒動(dòng)力學(xué)參數(shù)。

Annual Report of Efficient Combustion and Gasification Mechanism and Contaminant Control of Upgrade-coal

Abstract:In 2012, the construction and transformation of corresponding experimental equipments have been finished based on the full demonstration of relevant references. Systematic studies on physical and chemical characteristics, combustion and gasification performances of low rank coal before and after upgrading has been conducted. In our research, lignite was upgraded through two different methods, hydrothermal treatment and microwave treatment, respectively. The difference of physical and chemical properties, kinetic parameters of pyrolysis, gasification and combustion process of a typical lignite before and after upgrading was obtained by tests of coal characteristics, pore structure and pyrolysis, gasification and combustion behaviors.
