站在你我面前的，正是春天。

稔熟的“一年之計(jì)在于春”，從我們孩童時(shí)代即種在心里，朗朗地從教室的窗戶飄出，花絮般撒落在田野上。

重慶也正站在春天里，站在“絲綢之路”和“長(zhǎng)江經(jīng)濟(jì)帶”的某個(gè)地方，于春天的陽光下靜靜地謀劃又一季的生長(zhǎng)。

毫無躁動(dòng)，但能感覺到那種滿血的氣場(chǎng)，在又一個(gè)春天里倔強(qiáng)地彌散開來。

穿過城市，走進(jìn)鄉(xiāng)野，浸泡在春天里的重慶，不僅僅有自然，還有人文，更有“十三五”開局之年讓你我能想象到的發(fā)展理念、經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展。還有，漸行漸近的脫貧。

所以，這個(gè)春天，我在重慶等你，等你一起聆聽花開的聲音。

It is the spring that stands in front of you and me.

As an old saying goes： “A year’s plan starts with spring” . These words have been engraved in our heart from our childhood. We can hear the students reading it aloud， with their beautiful voice floating out the classroom window and scattering in the fields.

Chongqing is also standing in spring，standing on the “Silk Road” and “Yangtze River Economic Belt”. It is planning its new development quietly under the bright spring sunshine.

There is no any stir， but we can feel its full energy spreading in the spring.

Crossing through the city and going into the countryside， you can feel that Chongqing is immersed in the spring.

We can see its natural， cultural， social and economic development， especially we are now in the first year of “the Thirteen Five-Year Plan” .

So， this spring， I am waiting for you in Chongqing， waiting for you to see flowers blooming here.
