摘 要:(1)空間信號精度提升總體設(shè)計。在最大程度兼容北斗衛(wèi)星導(dǎo)航系統(tǒng)的基礎(chǔ)上,從提升系統(tǒng)發(fā)播的空間信號精度方面,論證給出系統(tǒng)服務(wù)性能提升的指標(biāo)分配與可行性分析、明確空間信號精度提升系統(tǒng)接口設(shè)計、完成空間信號精度提升總體設(shè)計,指導(dǎo)課題2(北斗空間信號精度提升關(guān)鍵技術(shù))的工程實現(xiàn)。(2)地基導(dǎo)航信號網(wǎng)絡(luò)總體設(shè)計。研究北斗地基導(dǎo)航信號影響服務(wù)精度的各種因素、實現(xiàn)定位精度5 m的指標(biāo)分配、設(shè)計并論證地基導(dǎo)航信號網(wǎng)絡(luò)信號體制、完成地基導(dǎo)航信號網(wǎng)絡(luò)偽衛(wèi)星布設(shè)方案與時間同步方案研究。指導(dǎo)課題3(北斗地基導(dǎo)航信號網(wǎng)絡(luò)關(guān)鍵技術(shù))的工程實現(xiàn)。(3)系統(tǒng)集成與試驗驗證。完成北斗空間信號精度提升系統(tǒng)集成方案設(shè)計、空間信號提升試驗方案設(shè)計、地基導(dǎo)航信號網(wǎng)絡(luò)布站方案的設(shè)計、地基增強(qiáng)示范系統(tǒng)集成方案設(shè)計、地基導(dǎo)航信號網(wǎng)絡(luò)試驗方案設(shè)計;實現(xiàn)空間信號提升系統(tǒng)集成、地基導(dǎo)航信號網(wǎng)絡(luò)集成、搭建整個北斗服務(wù)性能提升試驗系統(tǒng);組織開展UERE優(yōu)于1 m、定位精度優(yōu)于5 m的技術(shù)指標(biāo)試驗驗證,形成示范演示試驗報告。(4)基于北斗的PNT體系架構(gòu)及應(yīng)用研究。該研究內(nèi)容主要開展基于北斗的PNT體系需求分析、PNT體系應(yīng)用模式及關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究、PNT標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系研究。最終形成“基于北斗的PNT體系構(gòu)架及應(yīng)用研究報告”。該年度主要研究內(nèi)容為空間信號精度提升總體設(shè)計、地基導(dǎo)航信號網(wǎng)絡(luò)總體設(shè)計、地基導(dǎo)航信號網(wǎng)絡(luò)偽衛(wèi)星布設(shè)方案與時間同步方案研究和基于北斗的PNT體系需求分析。

Abstract: (1)the overall design space to improve the precision of the signal Compatible in the greatest degree based on the Beidou satellite navigation system, from the aspects of space to improve the precision of system signal broadcast, analysis, demonstrate the feasibility and performance index distribution service system are given a clear spatial signal precision enhancement system interface design, to complete the space signal accuracy to improve the overall design, guide topic 2 (key technology the accuracy of signal space the engineering realization of lifting). (2)the overall design foundation navigation signal network Study on the ground navigation signal influence factors, service precision positioning accuracy of 5 meters of the index distribution, design and demonstration foundation navigation signal network signal system, finished the foundation network pseudo satellite navigation signal layout scheme and time synchronization scheme research. Guide the project 3 (key technology of Beidou ground navigation signal network) project implementation. (3)system integration and test Complete the accuracy of signal space lifting system integration design, space signal lifting test scheme design, foundation navigation signal network station layout scheme design, foundation strength demonstration system integration design, foundation navigation signal network test scheme design; spatial signal lifting system integration, network integration, to build the foundation of navigation signal the Beidou service performance test system; organize UERE better than 1 meters, the positioning accuracy is better than the technical index test 5 meters, forming a demonstration test report. (4)the PNT architecture and Application Research Based on Beidou This research mainly based on the PNT system requirement analysis, the application of PNT system model and key technology research, research on the standard system of PNT. Eventually formed a "research framework and application of PNT report system based on beidou".
