Born in Huantai County， Shandong Province in 1954， Ma Qinghe graduated from China Academy of Arts with the major of landscape paintings in 1995， and then he took advanced study in Chinese National Academy of Arts and China National Academy of Painting. Now he is a national first-level artist， member of China Artists Association， Vice-Chairman of China International Academy of Painting， Director of Traditional Chinese Painters Association and famous painter of Traditional Chinese Painting Creation Center， Ministry of Culture. He has participated in various exhibitions and won grand prizes. Many of his artworks have been collected by famous organizations， museums and individuals.

馬慶和1954年生于山東桓臺。1995年修業(yè)于中國美術(shù)學(xué)院國畫山水專業(yè)，2001年就讀于中國藝術(shù)研究院高研班，2004年畢業(yè)于中國國家畫院李寶林導(dǎo)師工作室?，F(xiàn)為中國美術(shù)家協(xié)會會員、國家一級美術(shù)師、中國國際畫院副院長、中國文藝家書畫院副院長、中國國畫家協(xié)會理事、中國書畫名家研究會副理事長、文化部中國畫創(chuàng)作中心畫家、香港藝星國際教育集團專家團顧問。

作品多次獲獎，并被毛主席紀(jì)念堂、國家行政學(xué)院、中國藝術(shù)研究院、臺北國父美術(shù)館、深圳美術(shù)館、上海東方美術(shù)館等機構(gòu)及友人收藏。出版《馬慶和寫意山水》《當(dāng)代實力派畫家藝術(shù)研究》《中國名畫家》《當(dāng)代筆墨百家》等多部畫集。在中國美術(shù)館、炎黃藝術(shù)館、中國藝術(shù)研究院美術(shù)館、中國國家畫院美術(shù)館等舉辦個人畫展或聯(lián)展。藝術(shù)名錄入編《中國百年美術(shù)家大典》《推動中國書畫藝術(shù)發(fā)展三十位卓越人物》《走進名家》等名錄。
