Born in Ningbo City， Zhejiang Province in 1946， Zhang Yabing has been fond of arts since an early age and graduated from China Academy of Art with the major of sculpture. Now he is a national firstlevel artist， member both of Zhejiang Artists Association and Zhejiang Sculptor Association etc. He devoted himself to the research of water lilies for more than 20 years， achieving impressive outcomes. Besides， he also held many solo exhibitions and published several collections.

張亞冰，1946年10月生于寧波鎮(zhèn)海。自幼酷愛藝術(shù)，60年代開始學(xué)習(xí)雕塑、雕刻、中西繪畫，后進(jìn)入中國美術(shù)學(xué)院雕塑系，畢業(yè)后在《西湖》和《山海經(jīng)》雜志從事美術(shù)編輯十余年。

其間，張亞冰研究中國水墨、油畫與色彩，博取中外大師的精華，結(jié)合自己專業(yè)特質(zhì)，融合雕塑、中國水墨特性，采用刮刀代筆造型手法直接寫生創(chuàng)作，創(chuàng)造出凝重、明快、生動(dòng)的 “畫布上雕塑感” 的個(gè)人風(fēng)格。特別是近20年來他專注于對(duì)睡蓮的研究，中國教育臺(tái)曾專題播出《睡蓮守望者》。作品入選上海人民美術(shù)出版社出版的《中國油畫100年》，相繼在《美術(shù)報(bào)》《世界美術(shù)報(bào)》《亞洲美術(shù)》等刊物發(fā)表。2005年在福建省美術(shù)館舉辦個(gè)人大型油畫展，先后在杭州西湖孤山林社舉辦個(gè)人西湖油畫展，在上海三唐美術(shù)館等舉辦個(gè)人油畫展。2008年創(chuàng)作油畫專題《印象桐廬》。

現(xiàn)為國家一級(jí)美術(shù)師、浙江省美術(shù)協(xié)會(huì)會(huì)員、浙江省雕塑家協(xié)會(huì)會(huì)員。
