      “互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”背景下商科學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)成果轉(zhuǎn)化平臺(tái)設(shè)計(jì)與研究

      摘 要: 互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時(shí)代下,傳統(tǒng)商科學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)成果的轉(zhuǎn)化過程通過人為評(píng)估進(jìn)行轉(zhuǎn)化,具有極大的主觀性,同時(shí)評(píng)估標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的不統(tǒng)一造成轉(zhuǎn)化不協(xié)調(diào)。針對(duì)上述問題,設(shè)計(jì)出“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”背景下商科學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)成果轉(zhuǎn)化平臺(tái)。商科學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)成果轉(zhuǎn)化平臺(tái)增加了互動(dòng)性、時(shí)空性,承接了互聯(lián)網(wǎng)環(huán)境,對(duì)商科學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)成果數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),實(shí)現(xiàn)商科學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)成果統(tǒng)一標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的轉(zhuǎn)化。實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)果表明,設(shè)計(jì)的“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”背景下商科學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)成果轉(zhuǎn)化平臺(tái),能夠?qū)ι炭茖W(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)成果進(jìn)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)統(tǒng)一的轉(zhuǎn)化。

      Abstract: In the Internet era, the traditional transformation process of business students′ innovation and entrepreneurship achievements is carried out by means of human evaluation which has great subjectivity, and the inconsistency of evaluation standards causes the incoordination of transformation. Aiming at the above problems, a transformation platform for business students′ innovation and entrepreneurship achievements in the Internet+ background is designed. The transformation platform for business students′ innovation and entrepreneurship achievements optimize the design of database for business students′ innovation and entrepreneurship achievements by means of increasing interactivity, temporality and spatiality, and connecting to the Internet, to realize a unified standard for transformation of business students′ entrepreneurship achievements. The test data and results show that the designed transformation platform for business students′ innovation and entrepreneurship achievements in the Internet+ background can transform business students′ innovation and entrepreneurship achievements with a unified standard.

      0 引 言

      商科學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)成果多數(shù)具有戰(zhàn)略管理特性、經(jīng)濟(jì)營(yíng)銷特性、管理特性和財(cái)務(wù)管理特性,商科學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)成果能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)價(jià)值創(chuàng)造同時(shí)可以實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)商科人才的管理,推進(jìn)商科學(xué)生在企業(yè)商業(yè)模式中的能力發(fā)揮[1]。商科學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)成果得以實(shí)現(xiàn)關(guān)鍵所在是創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)成果轉(zhuǎn)化過程,傳統(tǒng)的商科學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)成果轉(zhuǎn)化過程通過人工評(píng)估等方式,在實(shí)踐轉(zhuǎn)化過程中具有極大主觀意識(shí),伴隨不同轉(zhuǎn)化標(biāo)準(zhǔn)造成轉(zhuǎn)化過程不統(tǒng)一。針對(duì)上述問題,設(shè)計(jì)一款“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”背景下商科學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)成果轉(zhuǎn)化平臺(tái)。設(shè)置對(duì)比仿真試驗(yàn),對(duì)試驗(yàn)環(huán)境進(jìn)行高仿真模擬,設(shè)計(jì)“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”背景下商科學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)成果轉(zhuǎn)化平臺(tái)可對(duì)商科學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)成果進(jìn)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)統(tǒng)一轉(zhuǎn)化。

      1 商科學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)成果轉(zhuǎn)化平臺(tái)設(shè)計(jì)

      本文設(shè)計(jì)商科學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)成果轉(zhuǎn)化平臺(tái)在深入了解商科學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)成果轉(zhuǎn)化目標(biāo)后,對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)化平臺(tái)流程進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。轉(zhuǎn)化流程圖展現(xiàn)了平臺(tái)內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)及工作原理,平臺(tái)的內(nèi)部分工對(duì)應(yīng)著轉(zhuǎn)換數(shù)據(jù)的流向。本文設(shè)計(jì)“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”背景下商科學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)成果轉(zhuǎn)化平臺(tái)如圖1所示。

      1.1 平臺(tái)互動(dòng)性設(shè)計(jì)

      本文設(shè)計(jì)的商科學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)成果轉(zhuǎn)化平臺(tái)需要在“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”的背景下進(jìn)行使用,商科學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)成果轉(zhuǎn)化平臺(tái)在設(shè)計(jì)中由于商科學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)成果存在較大數(shù)據(jù)聯(lián)動(dòng)[2],引入互動(dòng)性。在同一個(gè)平臺(tái)下不同商科學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)成果轉(zhuǎn)化結(jié)果間存在一定互動(dòng)性;創(chuàng)業(yè)成果和創(chuàng)新成果雖放在同一個(gè)平臺(tái),但存在細(xì)微互動(dòng)差別,為了更好實(shí)現(xiàn)屬性和過程數(shù)據(jù)連接在平臺(tái)設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)對(duì)互動(dòng)性進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。

      互動(dòng)性的設(shè)計(jì)一共分為兩種:一種是商科學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)成果轉(zhuǎn)化過程的互動(dòng)性設(shè)計(jì);一種是商科學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)成果實(shí)現(xiàn)過程與屬性互動(dòng)性設(shè)計(jì)。在商科學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)成果轉(zhuǎn)化過程互動(dòng)性設(shè)計(jì)中,對(duì)不同表現(xiàn)力的商科學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)成果進(jìn)行互動(dòng)性連接,由于創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)成果中帶有一定特別屬性,在表達(dá)的互動(dòng)性以及轉(zhuǎn)化的互動(dòng)性上都具備一定特別屬性,經(jīng)過特別屬性平臺(tái)再設(shè)計(jì)過程使用非常規(guī)內(nèi)控連接進(jìn)行承接,這樣既能適用于在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)環(huán)境下同時(shí)又保證了商科學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)成果轉(zhuǎn)化過程的完整性[3?4]。針對(duì)商科學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)成果實(shí)現(xiàn)過程與屬性互動(dòng)性設(shè)計(jì),通過對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的特殊建立進(jìn)而保證聯(lián)動(dòng)性以及轉(zhuǎn)化有效性。本文通過對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)進(jìn)行特殊的獨(dú)立分享建立,完成對(duì)商科學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)成果實(shí)現(xiàn)過程與屬性互動(dòng)性設(shè)計(jì)。endprint

      1.2 平臺(tái)時(shí)空性設(shè)計(jì)

      本文設(shè)計(jì)的商科學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)成果轉(zhuǎn)化平臺(tái)引入時(shí)空性的概念,時(shí)空性的概念能對(duì)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)背景下轉(zhuǎn)化過程進(jìn)行一定條件約束,在約束條件下商科學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)成果轉(zhuǎn)化能夠加載時(shí)間標(biāo)簽,對(duì)創(chuàng)新思維的鑒定更加準(zhǔn)確,隨著時(shí)間界限的限定對(duì)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)下轉(zhuǎn)化結(jié)果以及轉(zhuǎn)化能力進(jìn)行重新制定[5?6]。本文設(shè)計(jì)的商科學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)成果轉(zhuǎn)化平臺(tái),針對(duì)時(shí)空性設(shè)計(jì)移動(dòng)有兩點(diǎn):時(shí)空性限定了轉(zhuǎn)化過程創(chuàng)新性對(duì)于創(chuàng)新性成果轉(zhuǎn)化中時(shí)間是最好衡量標(biāo)準(zhǔn);數(shù)據(jù)實(shí)現(xiàn)時(shí)空性能夠更好實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的入錄以及填充。本文設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)空性體現(xiàn)方式通過數(shù)據(jù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)轉(zhuǎn)化結(jié)果與現(xiàn)實(shí)轉(zhuǎn)化結(jié)果進(jìn)行對(duì)比。

      2 商科學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)成果轉(zhuǎn)化平臺(tái)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)設(shè)計(jì)

      本文設(shè)計(jì)的商科學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)成果轉(zhuǎn)化平臺(tái)最核心的便是數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),商科學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)成果轉(zhuǎn)化平臺(tái)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)實(shí)現(xiàn)了時(shí)空性、互動(dòng)性,同時(shí)承接了商科學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)成果轉(zhuǎn)化過程[7]。商科學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)成果轉(zhuǎn)化平臺(tái)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)中包含的包換數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)一導(dǎo)入時(shí)空性,方便商科學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)成果的轉(zhuǎn)化以及統(tǒng)一標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的衡量。數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的總體思路分為4個(gè)模塊,分別是數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)管理模塊、數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)執(zhí)行模塊、數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)導(dǎo)入模塊、數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)轉(zhuǎn)化模塊。

      2.1 數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)

      該商科學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)成果轉(zhuǎn)化平臺(tái)在數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)結(jié)構(gòu)上依據(jù)數(shù)據(jù)的處理以及數(shù)據(jù)分化過程進(jìn)行總體設(shè)計(jì)。數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)結(jié)構(gòu)搭配存儲(chǔ)裝置使用SGY?777?UI2000[8],為此需要配備一套高性能的數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)流程結(jié)構(gòu)才能保證商科學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)成果轉(zhuǎn)化過程的有序性。總體結(jié)構(gòu)選用獨(dú)立承接式,通過對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)的獨(dú)立承接完成在時(shí)間維度上的不同條件下的轉(zhuǎn)化過程。

      2.2 商科學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)成果轉(zhuǎn)化

      在數(shù)據(jù)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)建成之后,商科學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)成果轉(zhuǎn)化是在設(shè)計(jì)的數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)中進(jìn)行。商科學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)成果進(jìn)入數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)后首先進(jìn)行時(shí)空屬性的認(rèn)定以及成果鑒定[9]。鑒定過程中使用數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)中軟結(jié)構(gòu)通過時(shí)空化的分析處理完成對(duì)商科學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)成果初步認(rèn)定以及時(shí)空屬性引入,并將商科學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)成果轉(zhuǎn)化為帶時(shí)空屬性數(shù)據(jù),至此成果轉(zhuǎn)變初步完成。

      商科學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)成果成果引入時(shí)空性,使用結(jié)構(gòu)特征進(jìn)行互動(dòng)性的權(quán)限設(shè)定,權(quán)限限定過程中由于互動(dòng)性的伴隨關(guān)系以及成果的時(shí)間屬性。因此需要對(duì)商科學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)成果進(jìn)行加權(quán)處理,加權(quán)過程中使用的是完成互動(dòng)性,互動(dòng)性會(huì)增加商科學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)成果權(quán)限,完成對(duì)商科學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)成果的統(tǒng)一轉(zhuǎn)化[10]。本文對(duì)商科學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)成果轉(zhuǎn)化過程示意圖如圖2所示。

      3 仿真實(shí)驗(yàn)

      3.1 參數(shù)設(shè)定

      為了保證商科學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)成果轉(zhuǎn)化平臺(tái)的設(shè)計(jì)有效性,對(duì)試驗(yàn)參數(shù)進(jìn)行設(shè)定,試驗(yàn)參數(shù)如表1所示。

      本文設(shè)計(jì)的實(shí)驗(yàn)是為了保證試驗(yàn)的有效性以及完整性,對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)對(duì)象進(jìn)行隨機(jī)選取,能更加全面地對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)的平臺(tái)進(jìn)行綜合配比及綜合能力考量,實(shí)驗(yàn)對(duì)象的混合搭配方式如表2所示。

      3.2 結(jié)果對(duì)比分析

      圖3是傳統(tǒng)創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)成果轉(zhuǎn)化方法的GFR系數(shù),圖4為本文設(shè)計(jì)商科學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)成果轉(zhuǎn)化平臺(tái)試驗(yàn)測(cè)得GFR系數(shù)。GFR系數(shù)與轉(zhuǎn)化成果之間存在一定倍數(shù)關(guān)系,對(duì)比兩圖可以看出傳統(tǒng)創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)成果轉(zhuǎn)化方法在轉(zhuǎn)化過程中出現(xiàn)了系數(shù)空白區(qū),說明轉(zhuǎn)化能力有限,本文設(shè)計(jì)商科學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)成果轉(zhuǎn)化平臺(tái)能進(jìn)行更加精準(zhǔn)轉(zhuǎn)化,沒有空白區(qū)域說明設(shè)計(jì)的轉(zhuǎn)化平臺(tái)更具備轉(zhuǎn)化能力。

      不管是怎樣的商科學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)成果最終都會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)化為生產(chǎn)力,生產(chǎn)力中利用執(zhí)行率對(duì)生產(chǎn)力進(jìn)行描述最為貼切。通過圖5的對(duì)比結(jié)果可看出,本文設(shè)計(jì)商科學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)成果轉(zhuǎn)化平臺(tái)在執(zhí)行率上高達(dá)0.029%,高出傳統(tǒng)轉(zhuǎn)化方法0.03%個(gè)百分比。說明本文設(shè)計(jì)平臺(tái)具有更高的成果轉(zhuǎn)化能力。

      4 結(jié) 語(yǔ)

      本文設(shè)計(jì)一款“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”背景下商科學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)成果轉(zhuǎn)化平臺(tái)。商科學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)成果轉(zhuǎn)化平臺(tái)增加了互動(dòng)性、時(shí)空性,承接了互聯(lián)網(wǎng)環(huán)境,對(duì)商科學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)成果數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),實(shí)現(xiàn)商科學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)成果統(tǒng)一標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的轉(zhuǎn)化。希望通過本文的設(shè)計(jì)能夠提升對(duì)商科學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)成果轉(zhuǎn)化以及推廣的能力。
