安徽省合肥市第四十六中學(xué) 九年級(jí)(16)班 宋 楊
When I was a 6 year-old boy,I began to study in a primary school next to our community. Two years later,I was 8 and I was in Grade 3.English classes were opened in our grade at that time.At first,I had no interest in studying English,so I often failed my English exams, and our English teacher was disappointed with me.
One day,my English teacher told me that she thought I had the inborn ability of studying English well and I was just lazy! After this embarrassing conversation.I began to work very hard and my interest in studying English increased a lot because I didn’t want to disappoint my English teacher’s expectation. In the final examination of Grade 3,I got the highest score in our class.
When I become a middle school student, another trouble appeared.I couldn’t remember the grammar very well,so I recited it again and again...Day by day my English level becomes higher and higher. As time goes on,my vocabulary is growing bigger and bigger. In other people’s mind.I am a lively boy now,but they don’t know I always wanted to complain about something in the past∶why fate was so unfair to me? Why? Until that day...On that day,I watched a varied show. The honored guest said that complaint is of no use,do it yourself! I thought I got it! I am a lively boy now! The words that the teacher and the honored guest said opened the window of my heart. There is an old saying∶“Teachers open the door, but you must enter by yourself!”
So in my opinion, teachers’encouragement, your effort and sweat are the best tools and help!
