摘 要:為了明確“+互聯(lián)網(wǎng)”在花卉各產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的應(yīng)用,進(jìn)行了“+互聯(lián)網(wǎng)”在花卉產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的生產(chǎn)環(huán)節(jié)、銷(xiāo)售環(huán)節(jié)的運(yùn)用現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)查,對(duì)其發(fā)揮的重要作用進(jìn)行了研究。結(jié)果顯示,“+互聯(lián)網(wǎng)”優(yōu)化了花卉產(chǎn)業(yè)供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)。在生產(chǎn)環(huán)節(jié),可根據(jù)銷(xiāo)售記錄分辨市場(chǎng)需求,確定品種選育策略和結(jié)構(gòu);另外,“+互聯(lián)網(wǎng)”將智能化調(diào)控技術(shù)傳送到生產(chǎn)基地,提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量。在銷(xiāo)售環(huán)節(jié),通過(guò)建立門(mén)戶網(wǎng)站、微信等加強(qiáng)宣傳,并增加了網(wǎng)上銷(xiāo)售平臺(tái),同時(shí)銷(xiāo)售模式多元化,極大提升了經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。建議生產(chǎn)者、消費(fèi)者、經(jīng)營(yíng)者分別采取措施,高效運(yùn)用“花卉產(chǎn)業(yè)+互聯(lián)網(wǎng)”模式,讓“花卉產(chǎn)業(yè)+互聯(lián)網(wǎng)”發(fā)揮更大的市場(chǎng)效能。

Primary Discussion of "+ Internet" to Promote the Supply-side Structural Reform of the Flower Industry

Abstract: In order to know about employ of "+ Internet" in each link of flower industry chain, the vital function of "+ Internet" was surveyed current progress of "+ Internet" on the production line and in the distribution chain of flower industry chain. The results showed that "+ Internet" optimized the supply-side structure of the flower industry. On the production line, determining the breeding strategy and structure could distinguish market demand according to sales record. In addition to,"+ Internet" would transfer the intelligent control technology to the production base to improve the product quality. In the distribution chain, the establishment of portal, WeChat enhanced publicity, and increased the online sales platform, as well as diversified sales mode, greatly improved the economic benefits. The authors suggested that producers, consumers and business operators take measures to effectively use the "flower industry + Internet" mode, so that the "flower industry + Internet" could play a greater market efficiency.

隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)水平提高,花卉產(chǎn)業(yè)所占市場(chǎng)份額也隨之增長(zhǎng),其銷(xiāo)售的低門(mén)檻以及巨大的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益吸引了眾多從業(yè)者,也因此引來(lái)了多方關(guān)注。“花卉產(chǎn)業(yè)+互聯(lián)網(wǎng)”的模式起步晚,高效運(yùn)用效果暫未凸顯,但實(shí)踐證明“+互聯(lián)網(wǎng)”促進(jìn)了花卉產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的各環(huán)節(jié)的發(fā)展,尤其對(duì)供給結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化做出了巨大貢獻(xiàn)。在生產(chǎn)環(huán)節(jié),結(jié)合互聯(lián)網(wǎng)形成了自動(dòng)化、一體化、機(jī)械化的栽培管理措施,專(zhuān)家、技術(shù)員和負(fù)責(zé)人等可網(wǎng)上了解花卉的生產(chǎn)環(huán)境、長(zhǎng)勢(shì)狀況,并對(duì)花卉的病蟲(chóng)害、生長(zhǎng)狀況做出預(yù)測(cè)、診斷與處理等,并通過(guò)對(duì)各品種銷(xiāo)量的大數(shù)據(jù)分析,指導(dǎo)育種方向;在銷(xiāo)售環(huán)節(jié),改變?cè)惺袌?chǎng)信息的不對(duì)稱(chēng),將線上和線下緊密相連,解決了生產(chǎn)者和消費(fèi)者的供需矛盾;各生產(chǎn)鏈環(huán)節(jié)都從供給方面得到了極大完善,加速了花卉產(chǎn)業(yè)向智能化、高效化、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)。本文通過(guò)分析花卉產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈“+互聯(lián)網(wǎng)”的應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀,探討優(yōu)化花卉產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈來(lái)促進(jìn)供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革的途徑,以期形成可供生產(chǎn)方和銷(xiāo)售方參考的“+互聯(lián)網(wǎng)”操作方法,多方合作,共同創(chuàng)新,整體提升花卉產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展速度,進(jìn)一步使花卉產(chǎn)業(yè)成為我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的主要力量。
1 概 述
花卉產(chǎn)業(yè)作為一項(xiàng)新興產(chǎn)業(yè),已逐漸成為對(duì)外出口貿(mào)易的新經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)點(diǎn)[1]。據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì),截至2014年,我國(guó)花卉種植面積達(dá)127.02萬(wàn)hm2,銷(xiāo)售額達(dá)1 279.45億元,出口額達(dá)6.20億美元,已經(jīng)發(fā)展成為全球最大的花卉生產(chǎn)國(guó)、重要的花卉消費(fèi)國(guó)和貿(mào)易國(guó)[2]。隨著人民生活質(zhì)量的提高,花卉產(chǎn)品消費(fèi)市場(chǎng)日益壯大;除了農(nóng)業(yè)部制定惠農(nóng)政策扶持花卉產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展外,地方政府也相當(dāng)重視花卉產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展,使其在農(nóng)民增收和農(nóng)村發(fā)展中扮演著重要的角色?;ɑ墚a(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展一定程度調(diào)整了農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、增加了社會(huì)就業(yè),縮小了城鄉(xiāng)收入差距、推進(jìn)了生態(tài)文明建設(shè)。
