Zhang Weiguo， born in Wuqing district of Tianjin city in 1946， graduated from Beijing School of Arts and Crafts in 1966 and Central Academy of Arts and Crafts in 1988 respectively. Zhang now is a researcher of Beijing Mass Art Museum and Beijing Cultural and Art Center， member of China Fresco Society， member of Chinese Artists Association，member of Beijing Artists Association， member of Beijing Calligraphers Association， Vice President of Beijing Calligraphy and Painting Research Society， President of Australian-Chinese Ink and Wash Painting Alliance.

張維國，1946年生于天津武清，1966年畢業(yè)于北京工藝美術學校， 1988年畢業(yè)于中央工藝美術學院?，F為北京群眾藝術館、北京文化藝術中心研究員，中國壁畫學會會員，中國美術家協會會員，北京市美術家協會第三屆理事，北京市書法家協會會員，北京書畫藝術研究會副會長，澳中水墨畫家聯盟（中方）主席。
