本課出自人教版小學(xué)英語(三年級起)五年級下冊第六單元,主要內(nèi)容是Sarah和Robin參加世界機(jī)器人博覽會并與來自不同國家的機(jī)器人展開對話。本課分為讀和寫兩個部分:第一部分要求學(xué)生閱讀對話,復(fù)習(xí)、鞏固本單元重點(diǎn)詞匯和句型;第二部分要求學(xué)生根據(jù)文中的信息完成句子填空練習(xí)。教學(xué)中,執(zhí)教者采用“三步七環(huán)節(jié)”英語閱讀課教學(xué)模式,巧妙利用多媒體信息技術(shù)輔助教學(xué),提高了教學(xué)效率。
Step 1:leading In
一、課前復(fù)習(xí):借用技術(shù),激發(fā)興趣
1. Greeting
T:Hello,boys and girls!
Ss:Hello,Miss Zheng!
T:Today Ill take some new friends here. They are our friends. They can do many things. They look like the men but they neednt eat or drink. Can you guess?Who are they?Please press your panel computer as quickly as you can.
Ss:They are robots.
T:Yes!Theyre robots.

【評析】恰當(dāng)?shù)慕虒W(xué)導(dǎo)入能夠激發(fā)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣。執(zhí)教者通過“猜一猜”“一起唱歌”等方式,與學(xué)生互動,拉近了師生之間的距離,活躍了課堂氛圍。機(jī)器人是學(xué)生非常感興趣的話題,為了抓住學(xué)生的興趣點(diǎn),執(zhí)教者利用與學(xué)習(xí)主題相關(guān)的歌曲、動畫,為學(xué)生創(chuàng)設(shè)了一個美好的視聽體驗(yàn)情境。
二、新課導(dǎo)入:巧用技術(shù),引出話題

【評析】《義務(wù)教育英語課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(2011年版)》二級目標(biāo)關(guān)于“讀”的要求是,能夠借助圖片讀懂簡單的故事或小短文。授課中,執(zhí)教者讓學(xué)生略讀文本,觀察圖片,感知故事大意,滲透了英語閱讀策略,而有目的的略讀能夠讓學(xué)生在短時間內(nèi)把握文章主題,了解課文內(nèi)容。執(zhí)教者通過“電子書包”下發(fā)選擇題,讓學(xué)生利用關(guān)鍵信息作出選擇,培養(yǎng)了學(xué)生的讀圖能力和捕捉細(xì)節(jié)信息的能力。

【評析】英語教學(xué)要讓學(xué)生理解外國文化,拓寬文化視野,形成跨文化意識。執(zhí)教者將跨文化意識滲透到教學(xué)中,有利于學(xué)生在閱讀語篇時體會外國文化的魅力。執(zhí)教者依托世界機(jī)器人展覽這一情境,為學(xué)生提供相類似的文本進(jìn)行拓展閱讀,及時檢驗(yàn)了學(xué)生對閱讀方法的掌握和運(yùn)用情況。
3.Summary
T:Today weve learnt something about robots. We should study hard and develop more robots for our country!Because robots can help us a lot. They are our good friends.
【評析】執(zhí)教者在小結(jié)本課教學(xué)的同時進(jìn)行情感教育,讓學(xué)生認(rèn)識到機(jī)器人能夠幫助我們做很多事情,它們是人類的小助手和朋友。

T:Today we also visited the world robot exhibition.Can you help Robin?The homework is“help Robin write a passage about the text”.
【評析】做作業(yè)是學(xué)生鞏固所學(xué)知識的手段之一,能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)以讀促寫的目標(biāo),培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的語用能力。
【總評】
1.視頻激趣,文化滲透。在英語教學(xué)中,隨著閱讀難度的增加,學(xué)生會慢慢失去最初的閱讀興趣和學(xué)習(xí)積極性。運(yùn)用多媒體信息技術(shù)營造輕松愉快的課堂氛圍和較為真實(shí)的語言情境,能夠激發(fā)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣。比如,執(zhí)教者制作了與學(xué)習(xí)主題相關(guān)的機(jī)器人視頻,融合了與課文內(nèi)容相關(guān)的知識導(dǎo)入教學(xué),既復(fù)習(xí)了舊知“現(xiàn)在進(jìn)行時態(tài)”,又引出了本課的學(xué)習(xí)主題“Robot(機(jī)器人)”。另外,執(zhí)教者還制作了5個外國文化視頻,向?qū)W生滲透學(xué)習(xí)外國文化的意識。
2.平板助力,互動課堂。借助網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息技術(shù)開展教學(xué),有助于實(shí)現(xiàn)移動設(shè)備教師端和學(xué)生端的有效互動,及時反饋學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)效果。授課中,執(zhí)教者使用平板學(xué)習(xí)機(jī),利用其具有快捷下發(fā)、及時反饋、智能批改等功能開展教學(xué),實(shí)現(xiàn)了課堂教學(xué)的智能化,增加了教學(xué)的趣味性。
3.巧用Focusky軟件創(chuàng)設(shè)情境。利用Focusky軟件營造世界機(jī)器人展覽館的情境,為學(xué)生提供了良好的語言學(xué)習(xí)情境。在Focusky軟件中插入機(jī)器人視頻和外國文化視頻,使課堂教學(xué)變得直觀、高效。
閱讀課是小學(xué)英語教學(xué)的重要課型之一。教學(xué)中教師要善于借助多媒體信息技術(shù)激發(fā)學(xué)生的閱讀興趣,滲透閱讀策略和文化意識,提升學(xué)生的思維品質(zhì)和語用能力,實(shí)現(xiàn)閱讀教學(xué)的目標(biāo)。
