摘要:目前中國水稻病蟲草害仍主要靠人力背負(fù)噴霧機(jī)進(jìn)行防治,然而農(nóng)村勞動(dòng)力短缺問題日趨嚴(yán)重,針對(duì)此情況設(shè)計(jì)出一種遙控自走式噴桿噴霧機(jī)。主要對(duì)該機(jī)器的行走轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng)、噴架噴桿系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了理論分析與結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),建立了轉(zhuǎn)向模型和整機(jī)的三維模型。機(jī)器四輪分別由電機(jī)獨(dú)立驅(qū)動(dòng),結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單,配合行走轉(zhuǎn)向控制算法能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)靈活轉(zhuǎn)向且不會(huì)產(chǎn)生旋挖,對(duì)作物傷害小,作業(yè)效率高。分析了該機(jī)器的轉(zhuǎn)向性能、越埂性能和坡道穩(wěn)定性能,制造出樣機(jī)并通過田間試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證了該設(shè)計(jì)方案的可行性與有效性。

Abstract: At present, rice diseases, insect pests and weeds are still mainly controlled by manpower spray machine in China. However, the shortage of rural labor force is becoming more and more serious. In order to solve this problem, a remote control self propelled boom sprayer was designed. The theoretical analysis and structure design of the steering system of the machine and the spray lance stand unit were carried out, and the steering model and three-dimensional model of the whole machine were established. Articulated steering is adopted in this machine and the four wheels are independently driven by each motor. Driven by steering control algorithm, the machine can steer flexibly with no rotary digging and high efficiency and cause little damage to crops. The steering performance, running performance and climbing ridge performance of the machine were analyzed theoretically. A prototype was manufactured and the feasibility and rationality of the design were verified by field experiments.

中國玉米、小麥、水稻等農(nóng)作物的種植相對(duì)單一化,這使得病蟲危害發(fā)生頻繁,一方面導(dǎo)致防治費(fèi)用居高不下,另一方面糧食產(chǎn)量的損失也很嚴(yán)重[1,2]。隨著中國城市化進(jìn)程不斷向前推進(jìn),農(nóng)村人口在逐步減少,特別是青壯年人口的流失,導(dǎo)致農(nóng)村勞動(dòng)力變得日趨緊缺[3]。農(nóng)田集約化程度在增加,然而適應(yīng)大田病蟲害防治的機(jī)械在中國還沒有普及,目前的防治措施仍以人力背負(fù)小型噴霧機(jī)噴藥為主。人工背負(fù)噴霧機(jī)進(jìn)行病蟲害防治作業(yè)不僅工作效率低、藥液噴灑不均勻,而且農(nóng)藥對(duì)人員造成的傷害更是在所難免,這都與現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)高效、智能、精細(xì)的發(fā)展目標(biāo)不相符合[4-7]。
中國農(nóng)業(yè)機(jī)械發(fā)展起步較西方發(fā)達(dá)國家晚,但發(fā)展速度并不慢,歷經(jīng)了仿制、消化吸收自主研制、聯(lián)合研制等階段。針對(duì)大田蔬菜地施藥,周海燕等[8]研制出一種輕便型自走式高地隙噴桿噴霧機(jī),該機(jī)器四輪驅(qū)動(dòng),四輪轉(zhuǎn)向,行駛穩(wěn)定,但是噴幅較小,不適于大面積作業(yè);沈景新等[9]研制的3WP-650型智能變量噴桿噴霧機(jī),通過拖拉機(jī)牽引,能夠?qū)崟r(shí)監(jiān)測(cè)行駛速度、噴霧流量和藥箱液位;何萬寶等[10]設(shè)計(jì)的采用靜液壓驅(qū)動(dòng)的3WPZ-2000型自走式噴桿噴霧機(jī),駕駛室、噴桿高度及輪距可以調(diào)節(jié),噴幅及藥箱容量很大,適用于大田;王佳文等[11]針對(duì)耕地起伏不平的問題,設(shè)計(jì)出一款自動(dòng)調(diào)平噴桿式噴藥機(jī)。目前在中國西北、東北等地區(qū)應(yīng)用的植保噴霧機(jī)器大多為從國外引進(jìn)的大型機(jī)械,價(jià)格昂貴。其余的一些自主研發(fā)生產(chǎn)的機(jī)器或多或少存在一些譬如噴幅小、作業(yè)效率低、對(duì)作物損傷大、續(xù)航里程短等問題[12,13]。
本研究著眼于水稻整個(gè)生長(zhǎng)周期的病蟲草害防治目標(biāo),設(shè)計(jì)出一種遙控自走式噴桿噴霧機(jī),對(duì)整機(jī)的行走轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng)、噴架噴桿系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了研究設(shè)計(jì),并通過了田間實(shí)地性能測(cè)試,各項(xiàng)性能指標(biāo)均能滿足實(shí)際噴藥作業(yè)的要求,對(duì)推廣植保噴霧機(jī)在中國的廣泛使用和解決農(nóng)村勞動(dòng)力不足的問題有重要意義。
1? 整機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)與工作原理
1.1? 整機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)
遙控自走式噴桿噴霧機(jī)整機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)如圖1所示。采用橡膠凸齒窄胎體輪胎,輪胎寬度較小且胎面花紋凹凸程度很大,方便在松軟的水田中行駛;輪胎前方設(shè)置有撥苗器,行走時(shí)將秧苗撥開以減少壓倒秧苗。4個(gè)車輪分別由各自獨(dú)立的永磁無刷直流電機(jī)通過驅(qū)動(dòng)立軸單獨(dú)驅(qū)動(dòng),結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單。主控器控制驅(qū)動(dòng)電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速差異能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)轉(zhuǎn)向過程中不會(huì)產(chǎn)生旋挖,因而轉(zhuǎn)向阻力小,轉(zhuǎn)向靈活,這也是該機(jī)器同其他機(jī)器相比優(yōu)勢(shì)明顯的一點(diǎn)。車身后部設(shè)置——平衡軸,用以保證四輪能夠在高低起伏的田地里同時(shí)與地面接觸,從而使驅(qū)動(dòng)力充分發(fā)揮,使機(jī)器具備優(yōu)秀的越障能力。噴霧系統(tǒng)通過3個(gè)水泵分別控制左、中、右3路噴桿噴頭。車身最小離地間隙980 mm,配合伺服電缸驅(qū)動(dòng)噴架升降,能夠滿足水稻整個(gè)生長(zhǎng)周期的噴藥作業(yè)需求。
