抗凝聯(lián)合降血脂治療糖尿病動脈粥樣硬化的效果觀察

【摘要】 目的：探索抗凝治療聯(lián)合降血脂治療用于糖尿病動脈粥樣硬化患者的效果。方法：在筆者所在醫(yī)院2017年1月-2018年5月收治的糖尿病合并動脈粥樣硬化患者中選出134例為研究對象，隨機(jī)分為兩組，對照組患者給予常規(guī)對癥治療和抗凝治療，觀察組患者在對照組治療措施基礎(chǔ)上給予降血脂治療。對比兩組患者的血糖水平、血脂水平、斑塊厚度等。結(jié)果：治療6個月后，觀察組患者的空腹血糖（FBG）、空腹胰島素（FINS）、糖化血紅蛋白（HbA1c）、胰島素抵抗指數(shù)（HOMA-IRI）、頸動脈內(nèi)膜中層厚度、斑塊厚度、總膽固醇（TC）、甘油三酯（TG）、低密度脂蛋白膽固醇（LDL-C）水平均低于對照組，差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）;觀察組患者高密度脂蛋白膽固醇（HDL-C）水平高于對照組，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）;觀察組并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率低于對照組，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論：抗凝聯(lián)合他汀類藥物降血脂治療有助于促進(jìn)糖尿病動脈粥樣硬化患者血糖、血脂指標(biāo)的控制，穩(wěn)定斑塊，減少糖尿病并發(fā)癥發(fā)生，提高患者生活質(zhì)量，值得推廣應(yīng)用。

Therapeutic Effect of Anticoagulation Combined with Hypolipidemic Therapy on Diabetic Atherosclerosis/LI Maosheng.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2019，17（13）：-23

【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the effect of anticoagulation therapy combined with hypolipidemic therapy in patients with diabetic atherosclerosis.Method：A total of 134 patients with diabetes and atherosclerosis admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to May 2018，and they were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in the control group were given routine symptomatic treatment and anticoagulation therapy.Patients in the observation group were given hypolipidemic treatment on the basis of treatment measures in the control group.Blood sugar level，blood lipid level and plaque thickness were compared between the two groups.Result：After 6 months of treatment，the fasting blood sugar（FBG），fasting insulin（FINS），glycated hemoglobin（HbA1c），insulin resistance index（HOMA-IRI），carotid intima-media thickness，plaque thickness，the levels of total cholesterol（TC），triglyceride（TG） and low density lipoprotein cholesterol（LDL-C） of the observation group were lower than those of the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05），and the levels of high density lipoprotein cholesterol（HDL-C） in the observation group was higher than those of the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion：Anticoagulation combined with Statin drugs to reduce blood lipids can promote the control of blood sugar and blood lipids in patients with diabetes atherosclerosis，stabilize plaque，reduce the incidence of diabetes complications，improve the quality of life of patients，and it is worthy of popularization and application.

綜上所述，抗凝療法聯(lián)合他汀類藥物降血脂治療有助于穩(wěn)定糖尿病動脈粥樣硬化的病情，控制糖脂代謝，減少糖尿病并發(fā)癥發(fā)生，提高患者的生活質(zhì)量。
